Just okay
The hotel is just okay. Rooms were fine but the location isn't great. When it rains, the street floods. Also, not many restaurants nearby. The pool is smaller than a backyard pool. When we were there the hot tub looked dirty and the pool deck was taken up by a group drinking heavily. We tried calling the front desk multiple times but it would just ring with no answer. Hotel gets 1 star for the breakfast which was very good, but I would go elsewhere.

Just off the busy street and close to the beach
We stayed two nights at this hotel. Check in and check out were very easy and quick. The hotel is located just off a very busy street in the Condado area. The beach is a short walk away. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a gym, convenience store and outdoor pool area. Breakfast was available from 6:30am to 10am. Valet parking was available. The street outside seems prone to tidal flooding every day so be careful if you park yourself, portions of the street were closed by the police on the second day we stayed. We had two rooms. One room was a queen bed and the bathroom was very small, the toilet would only be comfortable for short people, a tall person would be hitting their knees on the wall when they sat down. The second room was 2 queen beds. This room did have more space than the single room. I thought the hotel was quiet (except for a random middle of the night knock on our door...with no one there). On check in we were given a card to exchange for beach towels at the front desk and told there are beach chairs available at the nearby beach. (we did not utilize this amenity) Overall, I was comfortable during my stay and I would stay again if in San Juan.

Pre-cruise stay
Hotel was very basic, no restaurant. But had self-serve concessions pantry. My room has fridge and microwave. Would have been nice if had plates and utensils in room for heating up concessions. But it was great for pre-cruise stay. Felt safe. Staff were nice. Hotel was too busy for late check-outs. But continued to enjoy free WiFi and coffee in the lobby until time to leave for cruise shop.

Resting spot after cruising
We had the pleasure of meeting Dennis as we ate breakfast! Dennis presented with warm, fresh baked cookies and was very pleasant! I’ve already informed friends about this location. It’s clean and centrally located!!
