The staff is wonderfully helpful. My standard room was large, furnished in contemporary style. The bed was very comfortable. I travel for business. The accommodations included USC charger outlet and lots of desk/table space for me to work! My rate included a buffet breakfast that exceeds any cruise ship breakfast buffet. The restaurants are well designed without crowding. The service inall three restaurants was excellent.

Business Trip
Hotel and staff was amazing, Rooms cleaned daily Housekeeper very attentive. Chef and servers at the buffet awesome. Special thanks to Manager Mario at the Front Desk, Franklyn in Reservation, Frank at the Front Desk and all the amazing staff that we met.

The trip to Panama was great. The Rui Plaza is beautiful with amazing culturally appropriate art work throughout the design, but still maintaining a modern finish. I’ve never seen a building this beautiful and simple at the same time. The hotel itself was an attraction. The room however is a lot simpler and I did have some issue with the bathroom fixtures but the city view was amazing especially at night from my room. The staff was extremely friendly and kind especially Ronald our morning waiter. Amazing food that offered both cultural dishes and continental dishes. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay will be back again. For improvements would recommend having a restaurant on the hotel itself to ensure a full experience when staying there. Thank you.

Great hotel
The hotel was in a good location. It had a fabulous breakfast buffet. It was close to Casco Viejo and old town without having to stay in those locations.

Feels almost like home
The good: A great and varied buffett breakfast menu. Accessible rooms with great views of the city Room for improvement: While the rooms are generally clean, hair always seems to be left everywhere either in the bed or bathroom Apprentely, housekeeping sometimes mistakenly cleans rooms twice in a day because someone may or may not have signed something. As a guest it was quite unnerving. There were also some slight issues with the sinks in the bathroom. Overall: Love the hotel and location. Always a vibe.
