Jul 28, 2025The Perfect Hotel for our Mancation
Excellent hotel, Perfect location and outstanding service with Great customer service! The views from my room on the 33rd floor was unpresidented. I felt I was on a higher level. I was fortunate to have views of the city and the ocean at the same time. Truly a hidden gem and well worth the money in my opinion.

Hotel pleasant, central location, service awesome especially breakfast and the servers, of particular mention is Mr. Ederson (I called him Mr E) think is his name... Uber....ahh so so inexpensive that many places can be reached for less than $5 What a beautiful city Panama is, visited the Canal and the huge Mall, Bonachero Buca...but returning to the hotel in particular it was an awesome place to stay. Let's give Moteto street food close by a shout out!

Great location, friendly, helpful service. Delicious food, variety of choices for breakfast. Arrangements for transportation etc well organized and trustworthy.

Beautiful Hotel in Downtown Panama City
Very Nice hotel, great service and awesome views from the rooms - close to everything, I would rate this hotel a perfect 10 - except for the beds !!! Very very uncomfortable ! This was a BIG downer...not being able to sleep or waking up and feeling achy - I wonder when was the last time the hotel did a bed overhaul - Definitely needed !!

Top Notch!
Our eight-day stay was wonderful! The breakfast buffet, a free perk, was wonderful -- with so many choices, just watch it or your waistline will grow. The suite we stayed in was heavenly -- large, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Hotel staff were all so helpful and friendly. Moving around by Uber was quick, efficient and affordable. The restaurants, both upscale and in the ghetto, were a blast! Ours was truly a wonderful vacation with family and friends. We hope to be back soon and check out other Riu properties to make sure this was not a fluke. Go Panama City!
