Room was clean. Property very tropical. Was a very generous breakfast that offered something for everyone. Reception waited until we arrived (late). Beds comfortable. Full kitchen if one was staying longer.

great hotel, restaurant needs a manager, or better staff training.
Great rooms, nice gardens, old but ok pool, Restaurant ok, needs better greeting, more attentiveness. You should not have to wait 15 minutes for your first drink ...too slow, and likely means no second drink.

Was an excellent place we loved it but there was no cutting knife in the room and the beds were comfortable, dinner was awesome we loved the atmosphere, welcoming site

Great place but average customer service
Nice hotel with everything you need, pool, mountain views, beach, snorkelling, bus stop and small supermarket close by, very nice restaurant and bar but staff at front desk not that friendly. Customer service is avarage. we asked for a taxi pick up at 1.30am to drive us to the airport but taxi didn't show up. not sure if taxi wasn't organised or taxi company didn't do their job well, luckily the night guard was there to organise a taxi for us.

This little quaint resort has it all! It has a private beach access to a black sand beach, an attached bar/restaurant to
The staff was super friendly! Check-in and checkout was a breeze. The dinner was DELICIOUS and it had a cute bar/great views!
