Sep 07, 2025A/C Did Not Work - Staff Said Intentionally
Convenient location closer to the airport and a short drive to Flora Farms. Room was clean and typical layout for a Hyatt Place. We were extremely disappointed in the air conditioning - it did not work after a 95 degree day. When we called down, staff told us that they shut down the A/C at night and all it does is fan mode. It was humid and stuffy all night. When I told the front desk the following morning, they said they'd look into it and brushed me off. No special recognition as a globalist, but that is standard for HP.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. From the warm hospitality of the staff to the excellent amenities, everything made our trip memorable. The hotel is ideally located right by the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, spas, and even a convenience store. We felt completely safe during our visit—so much so that we often saw people jogging along the nearby streets even at night. Breakfast was a highlight, offering freshly prepared Mexican dishes alongside a fruit and yogurt station and other options. In the evenings, we enjoyed trying out several fantastic restaurants nearby, all just a short walk away. Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of the stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Los Cabos—it’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and local charm.

Salvador and guadalupe are the best of all time.
Salvador is the best bartender of all time i couldn’t have asked for a better one and Gudadupe was a great waiter aswell they both made my experince the best I could imagine they made me happy everyday Thank god for there kind sounds. God bless them.

Hyatt Place Los Cabos
The hotel is fabulous including the wide assortment at breakfast of tasty dishes, the warm pool, and the room. I liked the secure elevators with key access. Beautiful hotel, wonderful service, friendly people! I hope to return there next year!!
