Jul 28, 2025Crowded, Chaotic, and Lacking Hospitality
The bed at the Hyatt continues to be the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept on. Unfortunately that’s probably the most positive thing I could say about this visit. Since our last visit, this place has been come overrun with tourist. It is so overcrowded it just feels like I’m vacationing in Florida, which I should have done at a much more cost-effective price. The water is not as clear as it once was many years ago due to too many people in the water. If you try to relax in the ocean, it’s like sitting in the middle of a concert. It’s so noisy. Don’t even think you’re staying on Palm Beach for the Clearwater. It’s so cloudy and murky because they’re just too many people there between all the boats and the bodies- the water is not as pristine as it once was. The hotel itself is definitely feeling the pressure of too many people. The customer service and pricing is out of control. I did not feel I was getting that welcoming attitude from the employees. Everyone is so busy, busy busy and it’s really hard to get any customer service at all. Out of the whole property, I was able to only find one bar where the waiters and waitresses were actually attentive and on point with their job. Even all the cool large lizards are gone- guess they’re tired of running away from all the tourists.

Nice stay at the Hyatt. Great adult pool and beautiful beach. Don’t forget to book your umbrellas/palapas in advance. Right near all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast at the palms restaurant and açaí bowls at the juice bar were great! Two cons in my opinion: drinks at the pool/beach are very weak. Second is if you have a room overlooking the outside bar expect blasting music until 11pm and then screaming people until it closes at 1am. Made it very hard to fall asleep. Still had a great time but just something I’ll keep in mind for next time.

Jul 25, 2025Beautiful beachfront property with no mosquitoes, family friendly, well located
Hyatt Regency Aruba was one of my top 3 resorts. The property is well located along palm beach and the garden is well maintained with Koi fish ponds, a black swan, and 3 birds (including Macaw) named Chi Chi, BiBi and Rocky. My 5 and 6 years children visited these birds several times per day. Be sure to visit the hidden beautiful garden at the front of the property. There was a waterslide connected to 3 family pools for the family side and a separate huge pool for adults only. The desalinated tap water in Aruba was the best that I have ever tasted: clean, crisp, refreshing, and free. My favorite part of Aruba was the natural wind gusting at 20 mph. It felt like a natural fan was always with me. Most importantly, there were NO MOSQUITOES that bit me due to the natural wind. The weather was always comfortable and not humid/sticky like the other beach resorts in the area. At night time, we were able to walk down the strip to dinner. I look forward to returning to Aruba.

Great location for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful location, great food at the Ruinas del Mar and enjoyed the adult pool. Make sure to reserve your chairs, beach hut or cabana and you'll have a great time.

Great stay at Hyatt
Just came back from a beautiful week in Aruba at the Hyatt Regency Resort. It was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The people are genuine and so accommodating. The staff was attentive and felt more like family taking care of you while visiting. Big shout outs to Magdalena, Kenneth and Marlina for making our every wish come true and making us feel so welcome. The breakfast at the Palms was very delicious with a big selection of fresh delicious food and even Gluten free options. Shout out to Willie who took care of us every morning. You are all so appreciated. And the housekeeping was great. Floralyn made sure our room was perfect everyday. The only thing i would suggest is that maybe have bingo at the adult pool as well as the family pool because if you want to play bingo and you aren’t at the family pool there is no room for others to play. Also maybe some entertainment at night. Otherwise it was pretty perfect. Highly recommend as it also in the middle of everything. Restaraunts ,shopping and nightlife.
