Best experience in Cartagena
We have spent 6 amazing days in Hyatt Regency Cartagena. The king room was huge, well equipped, clean and had an awesome beach view. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options and everything was delicious, as well as the drinks and food in the pool bar. Wifi worked pretty well for business meetings and general browsing. Hotel's location in Bocagrande beach is within a 15-20 minute walk (5 minute taxi ride) from Muelle de la Boteguita, Getsemani and Ciudad Amurallada. The experience with hotel facilities and everybody from the staff was incredible from checkin to checkout. However, we would like to extend a special acknowledgement to Mauricio and Katlyn from the pool bar and Emanuel from the front desk for their amazing service and for making our stay so pleasant.

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location
Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. The infinity pool with a pool bar is amazing. The location is perfect for walking to the historical town and Getsamani. There is a shopping mall and grocery store right out the front door. The beach is across the street.

Best Stay!
One of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had—and we travel often! The hotel’s location was perfect, everything was spotless, and our suite was simply amazing. The staff went above and beyond—special shoutout to Juan (aka “Walter” in our inside jokes) and the incredible Clubroom team. Their attentiveness was unmatched. They even noticed how much my family enjoyed playing games and surprised my son with a brand-new set of dominoes. That thoughtful gesture made our trip to Cartagena unforgettable. The pools? Absolutely outstanding. We’ll be returning many times over!
