Hyatt is Amazing
Hotel was clean room was ready earlier that expected and staff was beyond supportive in helping to navigate a new city for my family

The room was always neat, and the housekeeping lady, Lucía, was very nice and professional. The only thing we didn’t like very much was the breakfast buffet. It was a little bit bland.

Great location!!! Hyatt took great care of me and my family. Valet made for easy parking. Breakfast buffet was delicious!

Dirty, dirty, dirty! And there were some Kind of black bugs biting us when we woke up the morning of checkout. Asked for sheets to be changed; there were large and small yellow spots on the sheets, comforter and pillows. They were not changed. There was also a blood stain on one of the beds sheets. The bathroom was dirty with the previous peoples hair all over the place and there was a hole drilled into the shower wall???? OH and they market the room as having a balcony and it DOES NOT OPEN. We will never stay here again.
