Jun 08, 2025Top-Notch Hospitality from Start to Finish
All of the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The valet service was absolutely exceptional! They gave us detailed directions to local spots, were incredibly kind, and showed a lot of patience. They were quick to retrieve our vehicle, load and unload our luggage, and provided excellent service throughout. The hotel itself was spotless, smelled amazing, had super comfortable beds, and great pillows. Overall, just an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The room was spacious, well equipped and comfortable if a little dated. The hotel is in an excellent location. The customer service was good and check-in was smooth. I would would have scored it higher if the food were better. I was staying there for a business meeting.

The staff of the hotel is great and very friendly. The breakfast is just good. The gym needs an improvement. It is located in the heart of the city of Miami. You are 15 minutes away for any important part of the city. You are walking distance from the City Brickell Center.

Imagine booking a room for a wonderful view with a balcony and then finding out the balcony was sealed off. I wanted to sit on the balcony and relax. Since I booked this through a 3rd party it was non refundable. I would have definitely booked somewhere else. Also parking is $55 a night. That is highway robbery.

A wonderful stay!
The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out were a breeze. My room was extremely clean, with housekeeping checking in daily. We also had the best view of the bridge and river. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially on the side where you can view the river and bridge. Such a beautiful view, and moreso at night. We had a panoramic room on the river side.
