The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff is nice, the shower...oh my goodness. I want to go back just to shower. The beds are comfortable. The 24 hour café doesn't always have food, so that is one thing I would like to see change, better late night food options. Some of the food was salty. Plenty of space, so you don't feel crowded. Plenty of chairs by the pools. Go for the rooftop pool. Its amazing

Lack of entertainment or activities. Food was subpar, bland and inconsistent. Better resorts, true resorts for the price and better. NOTE: this is not on the beach and you will need to take a shuttle to their beach resort/club which is small and not that great compared to others.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a partial ocen view and the golf course viw. Beautiful scenery! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was excellent at every restaurant we dined in. The only issue was that there weren't any no-pork options at breakfast or sometimes at lunch and I wish the buffet was open for dinner, but overall we had a great time. I would go back!

Great experience
Just got back from a five night stay celebrating my mum’s birthday. It was Amazing !! Book now. The staff was attentive and friendly, the food was really good with many options. The resort was clean and well maintained. The drinks need some work however get vantage club because the drinks available to vantage club members are much better. All in all my mother and I had a great time.

Great staff and food, decent property and vibes. Bad massage and beware of timeshare pitch.
The staff and food is what made our vacation memorable. The staff are the stars and I hope management treats them well. The entertainment staff's energy are infectious, and the servers are very attentive. The food and drinks are pretty good, especially love the ceviche and all the Mexican options! The Japanese restaurants is underwhelming but I overheard Caucasian guests rave about it, so maybe it's catered to a certain taste. The property is decent enough. My favorite areas are the rooftop, beach club and Amber bar. The beach club is on a narrow slice of the beach, the pool and views are good enough for me, but if you want more beach, this might not be it. The rooms have mid tier finishes, nothing wrong but nothing to brag of either. The spa was a miss. I've done massages in hotels all over the world, this is not a hotel massage, it's on par with a street/mall massage, the skill is not there. I'm pretty light weight and always just need light/medium touch, I requested more pressure and her response was I need to "upgrade" to the deep tissue, I was flabbergasted. I pointed out specific areas I needed more attention to and she spent 30 secs on it, and back to the crappy pressure and standard routine. I went on a different day for a facial (I already booked and can't cancel), different staff and she was great, wished I had her for my massage. Heads up, they will try to offer you $200 credit to "visit" other properties, IMHO it's pretty much a timeshare pitch. We were on vacation brain and let our guard down once we arrived at the property, luckily I saw the fine print about completing a presentation, said no and left, 20 mins of vacation wasted listening to them trying to persuade us to go. I don't mind some light upselling of spa, food and experiences, but I put my foot down on timeshare pitches, leave us alone!! Overall this is a good mid tier resort for a couple relaxing days, I wouldn't stay beyond 4 days.
