Beautiful resort and fantastic staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The standout by far was Chef Guadalupe and the Taco Truck. A daily must when you are at the resort! The staff at the beach club was also 10/10, especially Daniel who made sure our every needs were met.

Hyatt grand vivid fun
The best people and such a good time!! Highly recommend coming to this place, I really don’t want to leave!! I can’t express how much fun I had and our trip isn’t even over yet! Definitely tip the people there because they really deserve it! Just the best time.

This resort was amazing, Mexican chocolate was my favourite host! Everyone is so friendly and so amazing! I definitely recommend coming here. It’s a new resort and definitely worth going, all inclusive resorts are the way to go if you wanna have a good time

Nourriture insatisfaisante, pas d'ambiance en soirée, définitivement en dessous de mes attentes. Ne vaut pas le prix payé. L'hôtel est très beau mais c'est tout. Pas de service si vous êtes solo.... Un employé du Vantage club Uriel m'a même demandé ce que je faisais seule à cet hotel..

Chef Guadalupe makes the most amazing tacos! Simply the best . Ask for his special . The drinks is top notch and service is 5 stars gracias Guadalupe viva Mexico. Viva 🇲🇽 My room and very nice and is very good. Thank you for the most relaxing vacation experience
