The service at this resort is impeccable! Eddie was rocking it behind the bar and Jesus and Raymundo were consistently making sure our glasses were always full. Roberto went out of his way to find us a great seat by the pool in the shade on our first day there. These guys had great sense of humors and took good care of us.

Great Time
My husband and I stayed here for a week for an early birthday trip for me. Landing in Mexico the weather was not ideal but you can’t predict it when you book so far out. Wha made up for the bad weather was the vantage club.. more so the rooftop portion. Alberto and the guys at the Cobalt bar definitely made my week. We were there every day. Surprisingly they were the only bar that had Tito’s. Oswaldo ( hope I spelled that right) fed me the most amazing tacos all week as well. I wish we were there longer as the last couple days of our trip the weather was nice. I will say the vantage club is worth it. We didn’t get to the beach club but heard good things about it. All in all we would return just need to pick a better time frame.

Loved This Calm, Beautiful Resort!
We stayed at Hyatt Vivid Grand Island and absolutely loved our experience. The whole resort has such peaceful, tranquil vibes — exactly what we wanted for our anniversary getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can sit by the pool, read a book in total serenity, and truly disconnect. If you’re looking for loud, party-style all-inclusive energy, this is not that hotel. But if you want calm, comfort, and amazing service, this is the place. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Jesús at the Sea Foam Bar was incredible — so attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. He even cleaned our sunglasses for us! Eduardo is a great bartender!! At The Hub snack bar, Reymundo was everything! Friendly, kind, and always going out of his way to make us feel welcome. In Delia, Jonathan was also exceptional and made every visit special. We genuinely loved everything about this hotel. Highly recommend it for anyone wanting a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Recently stayed at the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island resort and Jesus the waiter and Eduardo the bar man at the sea foam bar have been absolutely brilliant, second to none service. The stay overall has been absolutely fantastic !

Includes exclusive use of rooftop pool, Cobalt swim-up bar, and breakfast/lunch at Oishii, with personalized concierge services and premium liquors. Guests staying during this date change will retain access, arriving after prior bookings can access the pool but not Oishii for breakfast/lunch. Non-Vantage Club guests can enjoy the Cobalt bar with standard liquor options. Rooftop gym and Oishii dinners remain open.
