We recently had a great time at the Hyatt Vivid GI. All 8 in our party paid for the Vantage Club - and you would be crazy not to do the same. The rooms are gorgeous and the opportunity to have access to the rooftop (Mario up there is the absolute best) was well worth it- in addition to the Vantage Club which was very nice (shout out to Moses who was always smiling & made fantastic drinks). Sunsets on the rooftop while in the pool was sensational! We had a Golf & Ocean view suite and it was absolutely beautiful - watched many people attempt to slay #18 on the Iberostar Golf Course...which I did not :(. Also, the Ennea Beach Club was absolutely beautiful and the water was fantastic - way better than what I have encountered in the states. You HAVE TO head down there at least once on your trip (shout out to Miguel who was always there for us). Dining experiences... Aglio had fantastic pizza Bloom bar was OK but way too busy to get drinks at the bar during big sporting events/ nightly entertainment Coco Café was not very good. Limited options and the service was quite slow Dalia was OK but I preferred the food truck and the guys out there were hilarious I did not try Fresco Café but the ones in my party that did raved about it (tucked behind the main pool on the lower level) Galleria Café had a ton of options for everyone Guys at the Nectar bar were great and their Mezcal Old Fashioned were out of this world Finally, the Oishii was very god for Japanese cuisine but the morning breakfast was...ok Another shoutout to (Super) Mario on the rooftop. Another great visit to Hyatt Vivid Grand Island
This was our second visit to Hyatt Vivid Grand Island for me and my wife, as we stayed here previously with friends last year (we traveled with the same friends this time too). As with our first visit, we had another excellent visit. The staff at this resort truly made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We suggest choosing the Vantage Club option as it provides additional amenities such as a served breakfasts, rooftop pool, bar lounge with premium alcohol and snacks, and access to larger rooms with beautiful views. Besides the served breakfast on the rooftop (Vantage Club and very nice), the breakfast buffet also provides a large selection of different food items, including made to order omelets and eggs. No disappointments for either breakfast option. We typically used the Vantage Club rooftop for lunch and always had excellent food and service. The rooftop pool was a perfect place to hang out for the day. The pool concierge ensured lounge chairs were properly reserved. Make sure you introduce yourself to him and inform him when you will leave for short amounts of time to make sure he knows you are coming back. No live music here, but recorded music was provided. Our favorite dinner location remains as the Japanese restaurant (Oishii). All of the restaurants served very good food, but our group preferred Oishi the most. The restaurant is on the rooftop which can be a little windy at night, but recent renovations include glass panels that can be moved and do a good job of blocking the wind. Make sure you visit the Ennea Beach Club. You will not be disappointed. Free transport is included and is less than a 10 minute drive away. Lines start forming at 9:30 am for the transport van’s first departure of the day. Two small pools and a nice beach with plenty of lounge chairs will ensure your visit is pleasant. The restaurant now charges if you want to have a sit-down lunch, but servers will provide great snacks/lunches to you if you would like to remain in the beach or lounge chair area at no additional charge. Rooms were cleaned and tidied up very nicely by housekeeping every day. They work hard, so I’m sure a small daily tip is appreciated. Everything worked as it should in the room, so no problems there. I recommend visiting this resort. As I mentioned in my December 2024 review (more details provided), the resort is presently very affordable. I encourage future visitors to give this resort a try as I do not believe they will be disappointed. Resort Staff that made our stay a great one: Leticia- a very friendly and hard worker that made sure our meals (breakfast and lunch) at the Vantage Club were enjoyable. Karla- our hostess at the breakfast buffet with a friendly smile and personality that started our day. Roberto- a very hard worker that always made sure we had everything we needed and was always fun to be around at the Vantage Club pool. Mario- a very hard worker, and like his brother Roberto (above) from another mother (I'm pretty sure a joke), made sure we had our drinks and snacks ready at the Vantage Club Pool.

I tried to get info on golf packages or golf price to play at iberostar cancun right beside your hotel and nobody nows anything so I can't reserve there very bad service no e-mail for concierge.

A wonderful experience
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island resort. The room had great views and was very spacious. There was enough variety in food that everyone should be able to find something delicious to eat. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that we had a great time.
