Incredible hotel! Great service, especially Alfredo and Luna at the el mirador bar who made amazing craft cocktails! The customer service is exceptional and made the trip feel luxury and relaxing. El mirador bar is a must visit at the Hyatt Ziva!

A VIP experience!
This was an incredible experience. I went in thinking it was going to be pretty basic, but the service at this property is top-notch! I’vebeen in hotels and hospitality for over 20 years so I know what works and what doesn’t, and everything about this place works. Five out of stars is not enough. If you want to feel pampered and appreciated, I highly recommend booking.

An Unforgettable Birthday Getaway at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos
We stayed at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos for three days to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and I was completely blown away. The resort is beautiful, from the stunning landscaping and well-maintained pools to our gorgeous room and view. The staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday unforgettable. A special thank you to Jose, Sergio, Miguel, David, Gigi, Bernardo and Emmanuel for their amazing service. The food was absolutely over the top. Every meal was excellent, and we completely fell in love with Dozo and the Italian restaurant. An incredible resort with world-class service. We can’t wait to come back!

Great service, beautiful property, relaxing time
Relaxing and fun vacation in a beautiful resort. Service was top-notch. I’d never done an all-inclusive before and was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was. Good variety of things to do, or just as easy to be relaxing without a packed agenda. It worked well as a multi-generational trip as well, as people can split up and do their own things too. Rooms very pleasant, everything sparkling clean. I really could not get over how attentive and friendly the staff is. Well done.
