Had a couples massage today… the staff are amazing, so helpful, got a head massage and cucumber mask while sitting in the hot tub before our massage. Francisco was great, had 80 minute massage and it was wonderfully relaxing. The spa itself is lovely. The facilities include a pool with all different massage jets, two hot tubs, sauna, steam and walking therapy pool. Also they have a very well equipped gym to satisfy hardened gym goers.. with killer views:)

Great stay, amazing staff!
Great resort, tasty food and the beach is gorgeous! Our room was very comfortable. Nice views from everywhere in the resort. Blaze and the buffet were our favorite, delicious! But most important the staff is one of a kind! Shout out to: Rigo bellboy was very kind and explained us about the resort while he took us to our room, Hector from the buffet very pleasant and helpful, Alexa & Leo from the entertainment team were amazing! Fernando the server at the beach was super friendly, Jorge's classes at the gym were great! Laura was very nice and showed us the spa, Vernice was very helpful during our hydrotherapy, all the staff at the coffee shop are amazing as well! We had a great time!

Best Beach
Hyatt Ziva has at least one of the best or maybe the best beach in PV. It is basically on its own private cove. The food was pretty good, and the bar and room service was wonderful. They also have a turtle nesting area and when they hatch, staff release them at 1830 on the north end of the beach. Don't miss this. I only learned about it because our room neighbors had been at the resort before and told us.

Great stay on incredible beach with great staff and beautiful grounds.
Loved the Ziva Puerto Vallarta. We've now been to four different Zivas and this was my second favorite, second only to Ziva Cancun (which is basically twice the price). The beach was great and the ocean was so warm. The staff was great. The food was a little hit and miss as can be the case at all-inclusive resorts, but overall we were very pleased with everything.
