I'm Done With This Resort
Roaches in my guest room, broken bathroom door that did not close, several unfriendly staff members, bad housekeeping service with only one wash cloth provided for two people. When this was a Hilton and I was given the red Diamond Member bracelet, my wife and I were treated royally. Now that Hyatt has taken over and I have no points status, all that "love" is gone. This was my birthday getaway for the past 9 years. I will not be returning....ever.

Second stay didn’t disappoint.
Well we loved this hotel when we visited in 2019 and booked again for 2020 but then the world shut down and we never got round to it. So roll on 2025 we returned. This hotel will always hold special memories as it’s the first Caribbean holiday we took our daughters on and this was probably our last family holiday. As other of said if you want modern fancy hotel this isn’t for you. They do have major plans for a refurb. Although this is a dated property this is kept very clean and tidy, the grounds are so well kept. The rooms are dated mainly the bathrooms but again they are very clean. Food: breakfast good variety for all and enjoyed a fresh omelette and family loved the fact there was hash browns daily. Lunch we mainly had jerk hut amazing! Or mangoes again very good. Evenings we mainly ate in one of the special restaurants. Our first night we tried the rum factory and this was awful we felt really worried this was going to be the food quality but it wasn’t. The seaside grill Italian was our favourite and all the staff that worked there were the best can’t recall their names, but have pics and the manager was also excellent. We really liked the Asian and the butter chicken is delicious, we tried the Mexican once and that was also good. We did go to three palms and really enjoyed our meal there along with the service. Excellent espresso martini. Coffee shop was also a big hit. Staff: never came across any rude or miserable staff wish I could remember names but this one does stick in my mind jodedene macaroni pool server what a lovely lady full of happiness. The ladies at the seaside grill all amazing I have pics of some of them. Beach: was very clean no seaweed but only paddled as forget beach shoes and they was recommended. Entertainment: this was much better than when we came before. Daytime they tended to play loud music around the water park club not my taste of music really. Missed the reggae music. Overall we had a really great stay. Some little improvements I would like to see to make me give 5 stars. Go back to mix music more reggae music and make it more like being in Jamaica. Drinks use reusable beakers rather than plastic cups in day and few more attention to detail with cocktails. Dirty banana you never any fresh bananas to use. Improve the food in the rum factory. Better seating at night some comfy chairs and sofas rathe pr than all hard chairs. I really look forward to seeing how the hotel changes and the improvements Hyatt make, maybe one day we will be back again.

HUNGRY at 10PM? Grood luck! This place is not what it used to be!
I don't normally do -these but I'm beyond disappointed, and had to put it in writing. I've been coming -to this hotel since I was in my early teens with my parents, now I'm a young idult looking to start a family and I would never consider bringing them here for the horrible experience I had. I never thought it was possible to go to bed HUNGRY in Gn all-inclusive hotel, Staying up past 10 is not a good idea here, all restaurants and the dining area are done for the night, and-the only way to get something to eat is at an additional cost of 10 USD for room service, which you may never get through to, and if you do brace again for a long wait. Most of the staff were very rude, the only cool workers were -the bellmen and security, with -the xception of maybe a handful of decent servers best, I felt like I was begging for responses, even at the simplest of requests. It was 3 nights of inhospitable service and racing to get a belly full before 10PM. Money wasted!

Excellent Customer service in Rum Factory
I am currently staying at this resort and was compelled to make a pre-departure review based on the excellent service provided by Ms. Julia (server in Rum Factory). She is fit to serve in any 5 star hotel. She is pleasant and went above and beyond to delight us. She is an excellent server, the best we have had in Jamaica. A great sale's agent that could sell you a worm and convince you it was noodle. Great job to Ms. Tanya (supervisor) and Ms. Diamond (hostess).

Dreams rose
I recently stayed at Dreams Rose in Jamaica, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort exceeded every expectation – from the stunning beachfront views and beautifully maintained grounds to the warm, welcoming staff who made us feel like royalty every step of the way. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed with modern touches and breathtaking views. Every morning, waking up to the sound of the ocean was pure bliss. What really set Dreams Rose apart was the service – every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the servers at the restaurants, the hospitality was top-tier. Speaking of food – absolutely delicious! Each restaurant offered a unique culinary experience, and we loved the variety, from local Jamaican flavors to international cuisine.
