Best family holiday we’ve ever had. Excellent pools, fitness activities, entertainment and service. Rooms were clean and beautiful and had coffee machines :) We may well return for a guaranteed great family holiday.

Anthelia, the best hotel in Costa Adeje
As always, an amazing family holiday spent with the Anthelia, Costa Adeje. We always feel looked after and nothing is too much trouble. Mirian’s incredible service throughout our stay was amazing and kept the children entertained!

Excellent location in Costa Adeje. However, that’s where the positives of this hotel end. The hotel is overwhelming tired, the rooms are in poor condition for a five start hotel and the staff were so inattentive and did not care about you at all. On arrival, one of our rooms had the aircon control hanging off the wall and took 3 attempts to fix with no follow up. When complaining about the state of the room, the staff couldn’t care less. The clientele as well is older so wouldn’t recommend for anyone under the age of 50 that like a bit of classy atmosphere. The evening entertainment was so poor. The food was average but breakfast service was chaotic and you were made to feel like an inconvenience. The pool area was decent, but had nothing that made it 5 stars. The gym however, was good for what I needed, with both a good indoor and outdoor set up. If you get a very cheap deal at this hotel then you may find it worth it for the location, however, if you paid a premium like we did for a five star hotel with five star amenities then it’s definitely not worth it, spend your money elsewhere in Tenerife.

A fabulously relaxing and fun getaway
Stayed for 2 weeks in September. Had a fabulous time. The location of the hotel was perfect - right next to the sea, so was quickly and easily able to pop down for a swim every day. The pool areas were lovely. Plenty of classes and entertainment throughout the day and evening. The food was perfect - so much choice, all fresh, many things cooked to order, great quality. The room was spotless, spacious, comfortable (the more comfortable I have slept in ever), and had good views of the gardens and the sea. The staff were all so helpful, friendly and professional. They were all so talented. Danny and Denise from the entertainment team were just excellent. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful family hotel
An amazing hotel which caters very well for children and adults. We went bed and breakfast as we enjoy walking to the many wonderful local restaurants in the evening . The breakfasts were excellent with an enormous choice for everyone.Shout out to Julio who went above and beyond to help us (a family of 7) every day. The large pool is perfect for swimmers and non swimmers as it is graduated and never too deep. It's also very clean. The children (6 and 2 ) really loved the kids club and Andrea was wonderful with them. The position of the hotel is perfect as the back entrance is right on the path to the sea and the front entrance is close to the shopping centre . This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back again - the staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are a good size with powerful showers and good sized balconies.
