Fabulous. We stayed for 1 week. Staff were fantastic, poolside team in particular, Mariam was amazing with every customer. She didn't stop all week, engaged with every customer and delivered true hospitality. Food at the terrace restaurant was particularly good and breakfast offering was excellent. Thank you for a fabulous week in the sunshine.

Excellent hotel
This was our second visit to this hotel and once again was an excellent stay. The staff are very friendly, the food amazing and plenty of optional activities available for adults as well as children. I particularly enjoyed the glass fusion jewellery making which was at no additional cost even though the man teaching us said he usually charges €60 for such a session. We had a lovely room as before. The evening entertainment was good with 2 venues available. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return next year.

Winter Break
A lovely hotel in prime location. Just wanted to relax for a few days and do absolutely nothing. We certainly did that , just lay by the pool and received fantastic service from Miriam and her team . Thankyou So Much , we will be back

Amazing hotel close to fanabe beach
This hotel is best hotel stayed in Costa adeje been coming to Tenerife for 20 years stunning pools the rooms are high quality hotel is suitable for all age groups amazing facilities close to Fanabe beach. Miriam who works by pool serving food and drink made my holiday special she served me daily always helpful and friendly she cares about all the customers. This hotel is geared up for you to have an amazing time the garden areas are beautiful 3 min walk to fanabe beach this hotel offers excellent value highly recommended

Outstandingly run hotel with a great staff team
Wonderful we have enjoyed our stay at this special hotel. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. From the welcome on our arrival to the cleaners restaurant staff and to the amazing activities team. A big shout out to Luca whose enthusiasm made aquagym and paddle such fun. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was generous and enjoyable. A big thank you to the Gardners who make the grounds perfect. Definitely a five star hotel
