I had a very pleasant vacation. I traveled with my partner, and I am confident that we will return in the near future. Our experience was made possible thanks to the outstanding service provided by Cynthia Ortiz, who was attentive to our needs at all times and consistently offered valuable information regarding restaurants and reservations. It was truly a wonderful vacation.

Went for wedding with 50 guest. Due to storm most flights home canceled. Hotel double everyone rates for extra days because knew everyone stuck. Cockroaches in room mold. Room doors not secure a/c not working properly. Shuttle no show for ride to airport, resort had to pay additional 100 dollars for resort to call another ride or wouldn’t let us leave. So not take family to this place.

Louis is an excellent bartender
We had the best bartender in the lobby of Delmar Louis, he was courteous friendly professional and made us excellent espresso martins! His attire with armbands was impressive he takes pride in his job. He is an asset to the Iberostar team.

Dont come here
Im writing this as we are still here and I cannot wait to leave this place. Upon arrival the resort seemed quiet and relaxing but it is very hard to sleep in the rooms because walls are paper thin, if you try to sleep in it will be impossible as people are very loud in hallways at 7 am. The rooms are outdated so dont expect any modern luxurious room. The beach was the only good thing about this resort in my opinion, no seaweed very clean and accessible beach. Drinks are watered down and tasteless. The restaurant situation is very chaotic and very difficult to understand, when you ask a hostess to explain the process they start saying gibberish that we barely can understand. If you wanna eat at a restaurant your best bet is arriving at the opening or best believe your supper will be at the buffet everyday. Its on a first come first serve basis but that stresses people out when they’re just trying to come and relax on vacation now they gotta think about making it on time not to miss a meal and go do the line for 20 mins hoping to be put on a waitlist lol. Waiters and staff are dismissive and lack respect laughing in guests faces and being just overall rude, almost as if they rather not have us there, barely a smile and their energy was so off. There is nothing much to do at night the lobby and hotel are « quiet » if you have a good chunk to spend on a resort let this one not be it. Very Underwhelming and super disorganized. I would definitely recommend staying at a different resort. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else, I mean it, not worth the money at all.

Jan 28, 2026Wedding event, nice location beach is amazing and staff was pleasant but no bilingual!
The resort was beautiful, food was average a lot of quantity but not quality food! Make sure to bring sunscreen because cost at the resort is five times the price you would normally pay. Drinks were unlimited but also weak!
