  Just Pefext

  Just about to go home after another three incredible nights here. This is my second trip this year and in total have been five times. I have already booked for a week next May. From arrival and having my bags taken to Prestige for me and a cava welcome drink the attentiveness from the staff hasn’t stopped. My room was made up already when I got back from breakfast and there was a turn down each night. I went gluten free earlier this year and the staff took me around the restaurant and showed me what was available and told me they can do GF pizza and pasta if I wanted it. Or let them know and the chef will cook what I wanted. It’s such a clean hotel too. And peaceful. All rooms overlook the bay and it’s quiet being adult only. I’m so sad to be going home. Lovely that the staff remember you and welcome you back.

  Best hotel ever!!

  The staff in Iberostar jardin del Sol are the best! The staff are the heart of this hotel and are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. They are a credit to the hotel and always go above and beyond. The range of activities available in the hotel are amazing and you will never be bored thanks to Matea and Marc. The bar staff were also very attentive, entertaining and polite especially Diego and Ivan. The food is also amazing! Have been 2 years in a row and will be back again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Welcome — Honeymoon Contender

  We’ve only just arrived (Room 1519) and don’t usually write reviews until the end of our stay, but the welcome we received deserves to be shared straight away. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were met with a warm smile, a glass of bubbly with fresh strawberries, and the kind of genuine hospitality that instantly sets the tone for something special. The receptionist who checked us in was equally delightful — professional, kind, and thoughtful in every way. The offer of a cold buffet in the restaurant for our late arrival was such a considerate touch and truly appreciated after a long journey. And then we saw our room — absolutely stunning! A gorgeous space with our own private balcony complete with a hot tub, sun loungers, a comfortable day bed, and a table with two chairs — everything you could possibly want to relax in style. It’s honestly outstanding. The barmen we’ve met so far have been polite, welcoming, and attentive, adding to the sense that every guest is genuinely valued here. We’re getting married next year, and after only a few hours here, this hotel has already become a serious contender for our honeymoon. If the next 10 days are anything like this first impression, we’re in for something unforgettable. A huge thank you to the wonderful team for such an incredible start to our stay — you’ve made us feel truly special.

  Fantastic hotel

  Jardin Del Sol Suites is the nicest hotel we have stayed at and have been there 2 years in a row. The staff are so helpful and friendly and always smiling and never too busy to have a friendly word with you. Matea and Marc were a great entertainment team and lots of fun and very motivational. Diego in the bar was very friendly and helpful. The staff made our holiday a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again very soon.

  FANTASTIC HOLIDAY, FANTASTIC STAFF

  We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this hotel. Despite arriving after midnight we were warmly greeted by James on reception who was very informative and told us there had been food left in the restaurant for us. Very appreciative of this kind gesture. Our room was a Junior Suite and was perfect, with views overlooking the sea. The mini bar was a nice touch and was replenished daily. A kettle and coffee machine were also at our disposal. The room was serviced daily and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The main restaurant had seating areas both inside and out and was very spacious. Food choice was overwhelming, such a lovely variety at every meal and the catering staff and chefs should be commended on the presentation. I would add that the staff were very welcoming and attended to your every need. Our thanks to Francesco (James Brown) and Alejandro for such attentive service during our stay and to all the staff within the restaurant. Special mention to Oscar who kindly faced defeat during his matches at pool with such good grace and for being such a welcoming host in the restaurant. The cafe/bar is also a lovely area to relax as it has comfortable seating inside, a book corner with some games and darts/pool. Entertainment is here in the evening which we enjoyed. Again, I have to thank all the staff here as they were so attentive and charming. The outside seating area has tables to sit as well as comfortable couches with plenty of sunbeds available. The absolute star of this hotel has to be Matea who is with the animation team. What a delight!! She is a bundle of energy day and night, absolutely hilarious and works constantly engaging with all the guests and activities. What a pleasure to meet such a fantastic young lady, she will be long remembered and is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is located a short walk from the shops and about a half hour walk to the beach. This was a very relaxing holiday and I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to visit the Santa Ponsa area.
