You Can't Go Wrong at This Hotel
Three of us shared a Junior Suite and our stay could not have been better! The hotel staff was attentive and friendly and all of the amenities were what you would hope for. Just before our stay we upgraded to the Star Prestige accommodation and we also added the all inclusive option to our visit. I'm so glad we did both! We had a wonderful visit that we won't soon forget.

Lovely hotel with great staff and views. Let down by the resturant.
On arrival the view is a real wow, wow, wow! Our short stay was a great experience, Lovely star prestige room with balcony, whirlpool bath, comfy bed (the room was slightly cramped) Japanese style shower room, daily replenished mini bar. Views to die for. The staff where excellent, always happy and professional despite long hours! A credit to themselves and the hotel. The disappointments where, no dress code at dinner we saw sportswear, vests, crocks, ripped jeans etc. and no one was challenged, what a shame. No seperate dining for star prestige? I read there was a 'bewildering choice of food' but I completely disagree the food was a disappointment. Pizza and chicken nuggets at every meal, really? The food at times was like warm/cold. Choice was repetative even for a 3 night stay. Then there was bacongate! No bacon offered at breakfast during our entire stay! I questioned management who apologised and explained that the order was delayed due to Easter. I know it's petty but the fact that it was not rectified at all despite them claiming to go the extra mile to make the stay the best didn't materialise. We asked for an early breakfast due to early flight, we were left a tuna salad! The entertainment was a bit hit and miss. 1st night was a guy playing the guitar while his partner clapped, which got worse when she started to sing. 2nd night was a young guy singing, he was excellent and what a voice! Overall we had a great relaxing break, we hit good weather, which helped. But due to the niggles mentioned above we will not be returning to this hotel and will question booking Iberostar in the future. For what we paid it could have been a while lot better and we are glad it wasn't a longer stay.

A piece of paradise by the sea
A gorgeous hotel with breathtaking views, fabulous outdoor spaces and lovely food. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful - we moved rooms as our first (a Star Prestige Suite on the 4th floor) was a bit noisy on our first morning (the bedroom at the back of the suite faced the exact spot that delivery trucks arrived at 7am!) but the reception staff found us another one quickly, and once settled in our new room (which was on the sixth floor and much quieter) we had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We treated ourselves to a massage in the spa, which was lovely. The outdoor pools are also amazing - we went in April and were grateful for use of the heated Star Prestige pool, which we were able to enjoy even on a cloudy day. Would definitely recommend treating yourself to Star Prestige - you get a lot extra, including two extra pools, two hot tubs, an extra pool bar, and an extra snack bar which serves lovely nibbles, snacks and drinks at certain times of the day. There’s also a discount on spa treatments and late checkout at 2pm (subject to availability) which we really appreciated as we had a late flight. Our only tiny niggle was that the all-inclusive option doesn’t include food at the snack bar in the main hotel, only drinks, but with so many other options for food, it wasn’t a problem - just a surprise. Thank you Jardin del Sol for a wonderful stay - we hope to be back again!

Lovely hotel, great location and super staff!
Hotel is lovely, great location, a 10/15 walk to the centre and beach. We stayed in a standard room but would definitely recommend the hot tub rooms or Star Prestige rooms as an alternative. Excellent entertainment team and cocktail/drink selection from the bar an food selection. Waiter service by the pool is excellent. All the staff are really friendly and cant do enough for you. Would definitely recommend.

Another fabulous visit
Just back from our 5th visit to this beautiful hotel. Staff are as amazing as ever and always remember us. It really is like coming home. The rooms are really spacious and clean (the lady who cleaned our room was great and we had lovely “towel animals” left for us on the bed, with chocolates for eyes!). The hotel wasn’t full (had only opened for the season a couple of days before) but all facilities were available in all parts of the hotel and food choices were still as plentiful as usual (just a couple of food choices that weren’t as hot as they could have been). There is a bus stop close to the hotel where you can get a bus into Palma, Andratx etc at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel - we certainly love it and can’t wait to return!
