    Excellent week

    Had a great time staff really friendly especially Rita who could not do enough for you. Food was excellent very varied. Two mins from beach. Rooms cleaned very well. Each day. Highly recommend

    We would like to recognize Jennifer from the bar team at Iberostar for her exceptional service and warm hospitality throughout our stay. From the moment we met her, she greeted us with a genuine smile and a friendly, professional attitude that immediately made us feel welcome. Jennifer always looks immaculate and represents Iberostar’s high standards beautifully. She takes great pride in her work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests have an excellent experience. Her cocktails are absolutely delicious — crafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Everything she makes is served with a smile and a touch of personality that makes it extra special. We’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Jennifer working in the Star Prestige area, where she brings the same level of enthusiasm, professionalism, and charm. It’s wonderful to see how versatile she is — always providing five-star service no matter where she’s working. Jennifer truly embodies the spirit of Iberostar — friendly, professional, and dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences.     Wonderful Stay

    We checked in for a week at around 10pm on a Saturday night, after a c.3 hour delay in our flight. Jumped in a taxi outside the airport terminal and arrived at hotel within 15 mins and cost c.25 Euros (around 20 Euros on our daytime return a week later). A taxi into Palma from the hotel was c.30 Euros. There's also a bus stop directly across the road from the hotel and is 2 Euros no matter how far you travel and took around 45 mins into Palma city centre. Check in was professional and efficient with a welcome drink. Room was modern and clean on the 6th floor. Room had a large tv with UK channels, huge shower and we had a mini bar with snacks and non alcoholic drinks included (Star Prestige). There's also a water jug provided and purified water dispenser on each floor at the lifts. There are towels provided in the room and new ones to take for the next day at the Star Prestige "pool". On the ground floor is a bar area as well as the buffet restaurant where breakfast is served with a huge variety of cereals, pastries, fruit etc as well as a made to order egg station. The main pool is also on the ground floor with a cafe bar. The top floor of the hotel is for Star Prestige customers which has a "pool" (literally a giant foot bath !!), bar with snacks and non alcoholic drinks included, sunbeams as well as spectacular views across the bay to Palma. Only minor "complaint", was the bathroom light sensor that came on during the night which was mildly annoying and we kept forgetting to ask at reception if there was a way to shut it off. There are numerous good restaurants within 5-15 mins was from the hotel, which also has a top class Asian Fusion restaurant on the roof (which we didn't get to try). Beautiful hotel in a great location with quality staff and services.

    Palma prestige

    We booked this hotel on the back of all of the reviews and have to say it was fantastic. We upgraded to Star Prestige on arrival, and it was well worth it. For this, we had a premium room on the exclusive 6th floor (star prestige level ) and it was a junior suite. Very comfortable and nicely appointed room, super comfy bed, excellent sea view, not really any downsides, however, would have expected usb charging points. We did have a few requests and this was immediately dealt with very professionally. Also, with SP, you get exclusive access to the rooftop pool and bar. You will be looked after nicely by Jennifer if she is on duty. Snacks, non alcoholic drinks are free. Little treats also came around, ice creams etc and there were a selection of pastries At breakfast, with SP, you also benefit from an exclusive area in the dining room, where you will receive a more personal and rapid service. Putting the fact that we upgrade aside, we found all of the colleagues in the hotel really helpful and friendly. We noted the comments regarding the local area being full of young drunk Germans! This didn’t spoil our stay and didn’t find it affected us. We would stay at this hotel and brand again

    Groups Policy: Iberostar will accept a maximum of 8 rooms traveling together to be booked as individual bookings. Any group of 9 rooms or more requires a traditional group contract. If your group unexpectedly exceeds 8 rooms, it is your responsibility to notify ALGV immediately, at which point the group will be converted to a contract based on Iberostar's current day group rates and cancellation policy. Failure to notify ALGV of large groups can result in the forfeit of the group. If you know in advance of making any bookings that your group will exceed 8 rooms, please reach out to ALGV for assistance.
