    Lovely stay

It was our second time in this hotel, one more time great service, great food, lovely drinks and entertainment! I loved the tranquility of the pool area, they had a table with flavoured water and healthy snacks which you could take any time you want. The waitress brought us a healthy smoothie from the house😍 in the evening we participated in a Sunset Ritual, a great event led by Yulia, where we could make our own bracelet from natural stones, write a postcard and send it😍 it was a lovely idea😍

Incredible hotel, amazing staff and a great location.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at the Iberostar. The hotel in itself is beautiful, has awesome facilities and is spotlessly clean from top to bottom. What really makes this hotel a 5 star experience is the customer service experience delivered from each and every staff member to the customers. Nothing is too difficult and everything is done with a smile. The hotel has great food choices and the Asian a la carte restaurant on the top floor is a must, tasty food and a breathtaking view. Breakfast is one of the best we’ve had for a buffet style with premium range choices throughout. The spa and gym area is also awesome it suits the needs of all and is well kept. The gym is also 24 hours. We always pledge to never return to the same place twice but we will certainly be back here the next time we visit Mallorca. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

    Great Time

We spent wonderful time at the hotel. Great service and staff. We had fun at day activities with Yulia, enjoyed live music and cocktails made by Marcelo at the evening. We will definitely come back again!

    Fantastic staff and hotel

From arrival we have been so impressed with the hotel. Clean, friendly and a great location though at the beach can be rather loud. The staff as always are what make a holiday so three particular shout outs to Sylvia, in the downstairs bar who is lovely, Rita, energy is amazing and the great Veronica who has been a diamond! And my new friend lol. Thanks for making a great holiday lady’s and the rest of the staff!

    Overall lovely

Overall this is a very good hotel - we had a wonderful stay and would go back. Almost all the staff were all lovely, helpful, clearly work hard and if there was ever an issue I found they wanted to look for a solution. Hotel and rooms were very clean (and I’ve high standards!). The hotel has activities in the day qnd entertainment at night but it’s a calm hotel - bar starts closing at 11pm so if you want calm and chilled then great if you’re looking for a party atmosphere I’d say this isn’t it. But I thought it might be useful to break it down into areas for others considering the hotel and also give constructive feedback when needed to the management. Location: Very near the airport, which was perfect for our stay of five nights (Sunday to Friday) - I have to be honest we didn’t leave the hotel the entire time we were there as we were very much after a pool relaxation holiday so I can’t comment on the nearby facilities but I understand the beach was just minutes away and some restaurants were nearby. Facilities: A lovely pool and always a sunbed, it never felt too busy even when full. It’s not a huge sunbathing area and you can’t see the beach from the pool but you can see the sea. The gym was adequate we used it daily and a bit lacking on machines (there was just one leak machine that definitely needs to be changed ) but did the job. The spa is excellent I have to say. We used the spa facilities daily and it’s a really nice touch even if you don’t have any treatments you’ve access to the steam, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and heated beds. There was also an ice and cold water plunge area which I didn’t attempt! My only feedback is the changing area lockers required a coin to lock - we were on an all inclusive holiday and had no cash with us. Makes more sense surely for these lockers to be key code lock. Other than that didn’t have any treatments but it’s super clean and modern. Room: We had a lovely sea facing room which we enjoyed staying in - with a balcony. No complaints really other than the double bed was two twins beds with individual bedding (that tucks into the individual bed ) which might annoy some couples so worthy checking if you don’t want that. Food and all inclusive drinks: So this is where I have marked our overall stay down from excellent to good. We were there for five days and whilst we would come back the food became very monotonous very early on it is the same selection of dishes every single day cooked in the same way. Yes, there’s variety in terms of soups and the salad But it’s pretty much the same selection. My feedback here would be that the opportunity would be to perhaps add a global food station which then gets rotated daily so that you have some food that is cooked in a different way. We’re not particularly fussy but knew by day three that longer term the food selection would be an issue. You’ve got one restaurant that you’re eating in every single day - there is the Japanese restaurant that you get to eat lunch in on one of the days if you’re on the all-inclusive package, but that is sushi. All inclusive drinks - I was aware of the limit of number of drinks in a day and booked knowing this however… Whether it wasn’t clear or whether I missed it I have not realised that it is not any drinks. It is just wine, beer, cava or sangria, if you don’t really drink wine or beer its was restrictive. The opportunity here is definitely on it being any drinks. I have no problem with the limit and in fact that was an appeal for booking this hotel but there’s a difference between limit and limiting choice. The other issue was you can have three drinks at lunch each and three drinks at dinner each. I was fully aware of this but the reality of the situation is I didn’t want to down three drinks in an hour over dinner or lunch and I would’ve liked to spread them out over my evening but that wasn’t possible so that was an annoyance bearing in mind I already was not drinking much. There’s plenty of selection from the paid for drinks and we had some lovely cocktails etc but this was an additional cost. I hadn’t anticipated because I hadn’t realised how restrictive the choice of drinks was. As I said overall we had a really really lovely time and would definitely go back but the food is probably my biggest concern not the quality but the lack of variety. Thank you to the management and staff for looking after us and a wonderful stay.
