Awesome Resort - Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo
We stayed at the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo (One bedroom star family room) in June, 2025 and had a great experience. I listed the Pros of the resort below: Check in was very easy. The reception desk staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. We were early to the resort, but they were kind enough to provide us with our wristbands and allow us to use the resort immediately until our room was ready. The One bedroom star family room was large enough to accommodate a family of 4 comfortably. The patio was really nice, equipped with a hammock, table & chairs. The room was clean, and spacious. The housekeeping staff were awesome and made the stay within the room a great experience. We really appreciated our housekeeper. He was attentive and friendly. The resort grounds are immaculate. From the pools to the walkways, everything was great. Staff are constantly attending to the grounds / common areas which were always clean! The food at the buffet, Under the Sea, Lemon & Spices Greek (Carlos was our server - he was great!) Tavern, El Tapatio (Israel was our server - fantastic person), El Museo Italian was outstanding. Servers were always friendly, which made your dining experience that much better on top of the great food. We really enjoyed the activities/games that were family friendly at the Acuario Lobby Bar in the evenings. Julian and Emiliano were awesome! The bartenders, Miguel, Javier, Cristobal, and Antonio were awesome!! They all were super friendly The Star Cafe was a nice option to grab snacks at all hours of the day / night. Pools, wave pool, lazy river, and water slides were a blast. It was nice that most of the pool seating was shaded. There are plenty of seats available if you want seating in the sun. Pool activities such as volleyball, foam party ect.. were great. For our list of CONS - we didn’t have any. Our vacation experience was awesome and we really appreciated the staff at this resort. We didn’t encounter a single employee who was not friendly. If pressed to list a con, maybe the room sofa could be updated / cleaned along with the seating in the lobby bar.

Great family trip!
We went the end of May 2025. 5 adults and 2 children. Great time, food was great, pool was great. The sargassum on the beach was pretty bad but it did not make our trip a bad one. We still hung out at the beach but did the pools a little more. The grandkids like the pools more anyway. Would definitely go back.

Overall the experience was pleasant but it was difficult getting into a restaurant for dinner. Could not get into the steak house or Japanese hibachi. As a large resort signage was lacking to guide one to a specific venue. The food was okay but nothing was outstanding. The drinks were definitely watered down as I felt no effect after multiple rounds. No ocean view room as advertised but the trip from and back to the airport was very good. My first all inclusive trip.
