What a wonderful trip to Mallorca where we stayed at Playa de Muro “Villages” Amenities, staff, location, are all five star. But let’s focus on the food. Instead of the All Inclusive we did the Half Board which provides access to the morning and evening buffet in the big dining hall. You could never imagine the quantity and variety of food served here. The choices are endless. One evening was a seafood extravaganza theme, sushi and all food Asian inspired another night, last night was Italian themed. That’s just dinner. All the fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, and so much more for breakfast. Poached eggs on toast with ham and rocket. Avocado toast. The list goes on forever. The servers are extremely efficient and attentive. We met so many wonderful people - Helena was so personable and professional, we will miss her service. Also there is a fantastic ocean side outdoor dining patio, make sure to reserve in advance and ask for Miguel. So polite, so courteous, he is awesome. The pool options abound, clean and spacious. With clean towel service and abundant chaise lounges. But don’t forget the ocean, crystal clear water that is waist deep for yard and yards and yards, nothing but clean and warm tropical ocean vibes make Iberostar a real paradise.

Amazing food and stuff
The best grilled Iberia pork I’ve ever had! Amazing stuff to prepare a huge cake for my wife’s birthday in 2 hours. Amazing taste!

Great family hotel
We stayed at the Iberostar Playa de Muro for a week and it is a fantastic hotel. Our daughter loved the slides in the kids pool and the night entertainment. Virgina in the Green bar by the kids pool was always very kind and helpful (I borrowed a couple of things to give some snacks to my baby twins). A great stay for the whole family.

Great location, lovely beach, fabulous staff.
From a great start at check-in with the very friendly and smiley Lluiz helping us to our comfortable apartment and advising us on how the hotel operates until the very end when we saw Lluiz again at check-out and he was the same friendly open person. All the staff from those cleaning in and out the rooms, the grounds staff, cooks, bar staff, hospitality and check in staff were all so friendly, charming always happy to say hello. Great touches not really seen before of staff coming out with complimentary ice cream, beer, i think even champagne on one occasion to the people around the pool. Food was great, lots of choices, especially in the evenings, and my family really enjoyed Spanish beer, margaritas and mojitos. The only downside though was some difficult slopes around the premise which i think would be difficult for some people with pushchairs but were more so for me who uses a walking stick. The steps down to the beach were uneven and spaced out in an unorderly fashion and the slope was again a little steep and unfortunately the bottom of the slope and steps were broken and crumbling as you got to the beach, otherwise a nearly perfect holiday!

For the fifth time, we have been here, and it was again wonderful. The staff, the Food, the whole experience, perfecto. Jun from the guest Service team made us feel Even better, we felt at Home!!!
