  This is a beautiful hotel

  Can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said. This is a beautiful hotel the food is plentiful and varied but the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. From checkin to checkout they couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed half board and upgraded to prestige when we checked in.

  Amazing experience

  What a fantastic holiday we've just had. We honestly felt like we'd won a competition when we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, homemade truffles and the offer of champagne, from start to end this was an unforgettable stay. The staff work tirelessly in every area, always with a smile, to offer a holiday where absolutely nothing is overlooked. The facilities are fantastic and to know that sustainability is number one on their list makes Iberostar the obvious choice. The standard is so very high here I'm already planning my return (been home about 12 hours!).

  Stand out hotel

  I have nothing but good things to say about the Sabila. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean and all the facilities throughout are in good condition. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and always greet you with a smile. The food is really really good (as is the Sauvignon blanc) and the restaurant is spacious and cool, so the whole dining experience is very relaxed. Love the sun bed reservation system which makes the pool situation very calm. The staff all work very hard and are very personable. Special shout out to Carmella and Santiago who are always ready to help out around the pool with a big smile 😃. As for the pool itself…..bliss. It’s like getting into a cool bath. A previous review drew my attention to the sound system in the room which I wasn’t made aware of in any of the info. By the coffee machine, there’s a small panel which enables you to link up your phone etc via Bluetooth, so you can play your personal music via the internal room speakers. Already planning to come back…

  The Most Perfect Holiday

  Where to even begin… the staff at Iberostar Sábila are what make it so special - we arrived at almost 11PM, and were instantly greeted with multiple friendly members of staff who were attentive with our bags and got us checked in quickly. After a complimentary drink we were given a voucher to attend the hotel’s premium gourmet restaurant, due to the main facilities being closed for the evening. We retired to bed thinking we’d got lucky with the friendly staff that evening, but this became a common theme and no problem was ever too small for any staff member throughout the holiday. We upgraded to All Inclusive on the first day of our stay, and doing that was a brilliant decision. The breakfast, lunch and evening meals are absolutely amazing - whether you’d like to pick the chefs special, or watch somebody craft your perfect bowl of pasta, there’s something for everyone. The recently introduced sun lounger booking system is a perfect solution to prevent having to wake up and rush for a space. The reservations work well, and any unused spots are then given out to those who need them later in the day. The position of the hotel is great, with a 2 minute walk to the beach you’re not far from any sort of facilities. We also spent a day at Siam Park, which was a 15 minute taxi ride away. Again, the friendly receptionists booked us a taxi which arrived before we’d even had chance to walk outside the hotel. The friendly staff and clean surroundings are an absolute credit to this hotel, and we will certainly be coming back for more soon. This was our first foreign holiday together and we feel like we chose the best hotel on the island.

  Lovely 5 star hotel

  Lovely 5 star hotel in a great location. The hotel building is very impressive both outside and inside, with a calming ambience in the public areas. Very well maintained in all areas of the hotel and grounds (pool area landscaped to a high standard). Large main Buffet dining area with a huge selection of dishes to choose from - you will not go hungry here! We didn't uses the Gourmet Buffet restaurant, there is a different menu for this area. Bar service is first class with branded name drinks served as standard - nice touch. The room was idea (we had a beachfront room with sea view) where the room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. The hotel has daytime entertainment at the pool area, and every evening in the lobby bar or patio. Evening entertainment varied from fair to very good, the Elton John tribute act was very good (if you like Elton's music). The biggest plus factor in the hotel were the staff, absolutely brilliant! All the staff were friendly and smiling (bar staff, dining room staff, gardeners all contribute to the ethos of the hotel. The animation team work very hard, smiling as they go about the business. A special mention here for Cristian, what a character! Every hotel should have one! And a final mention for Carmila, queen of the sunbeds. You have to book your sunbeds, can be done on line but we found it better to deal with Carmila. Some guests make this a "challenging" operation, but Carmila handled these guests calmly and respectfully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here would certainly come back again.
