We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon from 1st - 6th December. We upgraded to Star prestige and made the most of the extra facilities, particularly the 6th floor with the heated pool. It Opens at 9am, if you want a specific bed you can queue. Always able to get some though. You have access to food snacks (sandwich’s, fruit, cakes etc) and alcohol (spirits, wines, beer) from 11am - 6pm which is self serve. There is another upper level included in star prestige near the main pool which was quieter and I think had waitress service do drinks. We were provided with fresh room towels twice a day and pool towels each day in our room (unsure if this is everyone or just star prestige. Check in was great and while we had lunch they took our cases to our room. I don’t think you necessarily need the star prestige and you would enjoy the hotel without it as it’s a beautiful place. Cleanliness, food and drinks are excellent and the staff are outstanding, we didn’t come across any issues our whole trip. The restaurant served a huge variety of food at each sitting and a huge selection of drinks were included in the AI, including cocktails like espresso martini and limoncello liqueurs. Great location, 2 minutes to the beach, bars and shops if you want to have a wander outside of the hotel. We watched some of the entertainment in the gourmet market outdoor area which were great. We particularly liked the Elton John tribute. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and we would definitely return.

Wonderfull relaxing holiday
Excellent Hotel. The best thing about it is the staff. They are friendly (but not overly) making you feel relaxed. Food is great, rooms are excellent (beds are very comfy). There is great entertainment available throughout the day with very talented staff ( Special shout out to Christian - he is amazing)

Fantastic as ever
Can’t fault this hotel, have been many times and hope to come again. 5 stars are well deserved, the way in which you are looked after, nothing is too much trouble and the fact that we see familiar faces year after year tells you everything. Thank you to the staff for another lovely break.

Sabila Iberostar… Thank you for the warm welcome from Magali and Alexis - trainee, great personalities and friendliness made our arrival so pleasant. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests. Fantastic hotel and we are exited for our stay here and will definitely be back to an amazing setup. 👏👏👏 Keep up the great work..
