Everything was very good, nothing to complain about. We will definitely come again to enjoy the great hospitality and excellent food selection both breakfast and dinner. We also loved the snacks and the rooftop facilities. The hole experience was wonderful.

So basically me and my boyfriend stayed here for 7 nights and after the first night we noticed a strange feeling in the room we had which was room 140. However, throughout the days everynight we would both have nightmares and we spoke about what we dreamt about and we dreamt about the same ghost which looked like the grudge girl. Also, on the last night we had some strange activity happen in the room at around 2am I woke up from a deep sleep from his bed shaking and hearing someone mumble under their breath and I woke up asking him who are you talking to? And he replied no one shook up and then we were up for abit scared then we tried to go back to sleep then my phone vibrates twice I go to turn it on and it was a complete black screen even though it was on charge and had full battery the apple sign was not there just blank screen I tried to reset but nothing and after that we panicked! As we were about to fall back to sleep something dropped in the bathroom floor I’ve never experienced anything like this since I was in Thailand! Luckily this happened on the last night but just be aware of the bathroom I think a ghost lives in there.

Third time and we’re booking a 4th!
Our third stay in 8 months at this lovely hotel. We had the same room on floor 5 as we booked Star Prestige again. We did this directly with the hotel after booking on a regular B&B basis. The stay was as great as the others. We love Star Prestige! We find it adds that special touch to our holiday. Lovely dining and sun bathing areas to access. There is a complimentary speciality drink or treat each day - example cornettos, cakes and smoothies. The frappe latte drinks were lovely and on one day a server came to make fresh pina coladas which were divine! The food offering is similar each day - wraps, sandwiches, fruit, yoghurts, salads (inc pasta salad, couscous) and pastries. It would be nice to have savoury nibbles other than nuts (I’m allergic) like crisps. Every drink you could want is available 10am-7pm, free mini bar in your room. I only drink red wine and I don’t like the red wine on offer (too strong and oaky) but my husband likes the drinks selection and the beer tap to pour a draft pint! The new sunbed booking system does not apply to star prestige. It’s a gorgeous hotel, the lobby and bar area are stunning. The smell is amazing. The star prestige areas are amazing and kept very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. The entertainment is great. We LOVED the Tina Turner tribute act 23 April! A fantastic night! There is always something going on - aqua aerobics, a Michael Jackson act danced by the pool, and (separately!) a harpist, guitarist and saxophone player played music at meal times and by the pool. My only feedback on the entertainment would be that the workshop activities only accommodate 8-12 people in 3 visits in 8 months I have never managed to book one as they are subscribed immediately when the boards go up! I have no issue recommending this hotel or returning myself. It’s the best in the area. A few minor repair works should be attended to keep it truly 5 star - A few tiles missing from roof deck pool and the glass screens on the 6th floor deck all need to be cleaned. Very minor things but just to keep this lovely hotel tip top!

Enjoyable stay at Sabila
We loved everything here, the atmosphere is so relaxed and the staff is always there for you and ready to help you with anything. The food is great too, we where celebrating our anniversary and decided to enjoy the dinner at the hotel instead of finding some restaurant. We loved the staff by the pool, Caramel was extremely nice and helpful both with the benches and surprising my husband for his birthday. The staff at the pool bar is also always happy singing while working. We will definitely come here again.

Phenomenal service. Luxury accommodation, wonderful food selection, and very attentive staff. Special shout out to Carmela and Yessica for making the stay so personable and worthwhile. Will definitely be back to visit again in the future.
