Hotel was faultless, genuinely not a bad thing to say about it. Clean and tidy, modern facilities, lovely pool area, sky bar and spa. Not the biggest hotel, if you want more activities to do on site, look at the 5 star Iberostar hotel across the road. But as far as pool, bar, sunbeds etc all were fine. We had a junior suite with sea view and it didn't disappoint. Staff were friendly, all spoke very good English and nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious although not a huge selection for lunch (bar only). Breakfast buffet very good though! Drinks plentiful and reasonably priced, no different to the local bars. We enjoyed the activities, especially our attempt at painting with Antonela! Might not come back to Palma as a resort, but certainly would come back to the hotel and will look to use Iberostar again.

Great place for adults vacation
We have been in this Hotel many times and it is allways the right choice. Short way from the AirPort and great staff at the reception wellcoming to stay. Especially Pedro, Chrysoula and Fabrizio, they can help you with any questions what ever You need to know. Juniorsuite, witch we have used has allways been excellent and tidy. Great wiew to the sea. Breakfast and dinner are versatile. Special diets are well taken care of. Poolarea is roomy. Would be lovely to come also at the winter season, weather is nice for Skandinavian and flight is shorter than Tenerife witch is available all year round.

Great vacation
Wonderful holiday in the great hotel and every member of the staff were friendly and suberb. Especially Chrysoula and Fabrizio in the reception, Pablo, Suki, Laura, Josefina, Pepe, Marieta, Inma, Elena in the restaurant and all cleaning staff. Our vacation was perfect - thank you all 😍 One big problem though - WHY IS THE HOTEL CLOSED DURING WINTER? Shorter flight time from all over Europe than to the Canary Islands where people are spending Xmas and New Year!

Very Enjoyable stay
My partner and I visited in September and really enjoyed the hotel. Having read the reviews we decided to upgrade to a junior suite which was really well appointed with a coffee machine and good sized balcony with an egg chair and wonderful sea view. The bed was huge and really comfortable. Neither of us are good sleepers but we both slept really well so that's a big plus. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection to choose from. I am English and my BF is Dutch and we were both able to enjoy our usual breakfast offerings. The pool area was good with a decent amount of sun beds. The pool was pretty chilly and not very deep - that would be our only minor niggle. The biggest asset of this hotel is, without doubt, the wonderful staff. From the housekeeping to the bar they were amazing, really friendly and good fun. The entertainment was also enjoyable, I'm not a big one for hotel evening entertainment but my BF said that in his experience it was pretty good. All in all we had a really pleasant time here and would definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, very chilled atmosphere
Every member off staff very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful hotel, great food The small gestures as in gifts from the bar are appreciated. Lucas very good at delivering cocktail master class On arrival issues with adapted bedroom, staff acted very promptly and efficiently and we got moved to another room, which was better but had to improvise a little to make it work. 10/10 for staff involved A little disappointed to find lift access to infinity pool out off order and has been for over a month or so. As travelling with wheelchair user this area would have been lovely area to have accessed, equally if in a wheelchair no access to Bahia bed area due to steps, also no access into jacuzzis in spa area Overall a beautiful hotel and would definitely recommend
