My family and I had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Paraíso Beach! We were overall satisfied with accommodations, beach, food and entertainment. I want to make a special mention of our concierge - Alexis. He made our family feel more than welcome from the beginning, in particular for my two younger children. With his help we were able to learn more about the resort and enjoy more amenities than we knew about. We will be back!

Very fun trip we had so much fun for a week it’s our second time
Alexis was amazing help us so much with the information for the hotel and take care of us the right way we have been before in Iberostar beach and this time we had so much fun we become members of the club thanks to Alexis if you come visit look for him it’s the best concierge in the resort

Visited Mexico for the first time, Iberostar waves Paraiso beach was fantastic! All inclusive, rooms were well kept and cleaned daily, food was great, entertainment was spectacular & the concierge was wonderful as well, ALL staff were magnificent and incredibly friendly! There was flamingos, peacocks, parrots, tailless squirrels, swans, caoti, iguana and geckos all over the resort! And in-resort transportation!Looking forward to booking again!

Great experience at Iberostar Paraiso Beach
The hotel service and accommodations were really perfect. It includes everything for every age, from relaxing beach and poolside facilities to different activities like yoga, fitness sessions, theater, music nights as well as different restaurants for different cuisine. Our concierge Luis Martinez from lobby beach was really helpful as well, and guided us for the different activities as well. Overall, this is a very good resort to spend your vacation in the heaven of Mexico.

Beautiful resort
What a nice resort! The vegetation is so beautiful. Our room has a view of the beach, so quiet and clean! The staff is so nice and helpful. Brenda, concierge has been so helpful and very friendly giving us many information about the resort and Mexico life. She reserved 2 restaurants for us! I do recommand this resort!
