Jun 13, 2025An absolutely divine experience
My wife and I have too many great things to say all in one post. We just stayed here for our honeymoon, right after our wedding. We came based on our friend's recommendation and didn't really think much of it while booking. Everything changed when we stepped foot on to the island. The resort is absolutely, by a far mile, the greatest resort we've ever been to. From the venue, to the rooms, to the experiences, excursions, and the service, everything was at our beckon call and at the highest quality. We loved how intimate the resort was. They make sure to not fully book the resort in order for the experience to feel very private. Almost everything we felt like it was just us and like we had the privacy of our own home. The food, we loved Spezia and ended going back twice to just stuff our faces with amazing Italian food. Their carpaccios were stunning. The rooms were very clean and well maintined, daily maid service did a great job. Finally, wanted to give a huge shout out to the butlers and the staff that made our experience even better. First, our butler, Wedinzon, was so amazing. He not only made sure that we got every reservation we wanted for restaurants and excursions but also, even taught us how to salsa dance. Frankie, our sunset bike tour guide, was so knowledgable about the island, it's culture and history and was such a lovely person to guide us around Isla Mujeres. Freddie, the bartender at Sharks bar was so funny and great to talk to; he even gave us some great marriage advice! Finally, Selma and Erick were very attentive to details, so personable, and felt like family at the resort. Any couples wanting to escape and celebrate a special occassion like an anniversary or honeymoon should absolutely visit this resort. Thank you, Impressions team!

Honeymoon Dream
My wife and I came for our honeymoon and would rate this 100/10 if I could! Absolute best experience with the hospitality, views, drinks, and food. I would admit that there are not a TON of food options comparatively to other all-inclusive resorts I have been to, but you don't need as many since there are less rooms here. It felt very personal, and they truly went above and beyond for our experience. We have to give a special shoutout to Edgar and Angel (our butlers) for making our trip super relaxing and comfortable, Antonio at the beach for always checking on us, and Israel and Eric at the restaurants with giving us the best experiences during dinner time. My wife and I both have different food allergies, so it can be difficult for us to eat sometimes, but Impressions makes sure they are excellent with food allergies. Again, couldn't recommend more.

Choose this one!
The staff provided exceptional service from start to finish, making our stay truly memorable. Shout out to Gilman (pool butler), Kenneth, Erick, wedington, Wilma, and the friendly staff at the pier!! We didn’t have a single bad meal — there were plenty of food options to suit every taste. The facilities were beautiful and even more impressive in person; photos honestly don’t do them justice. We also especially appreciated the private catamaran to Cancún — while other resorts had to rely on the ferry for transportation to and from the island for golf and other activities, we had the ease and exclusivity of our own ride.

The amazing views
Wow! All I can say is wow!!! From the catamaran ride, the outstanding food (even ordering things not on the menu), and the service, everything was over the top. Did I mention the views???? Unlike anything I've ever seen before!

Fernando was amazing!
Fernando gave us the absolute best service in the Unik restaurant! He was so polite and his service was 5 starts! You were amazing Fernando!!!! He gave great menu suggestions and ensured my husband and I had all of our needs attended to.
