Great staff and experiences!
The entire resort staff have been great but the activity team has been exceptional! Special shoutouts to Gabriela, Miguel, and Regina who went above and beyond to inform and include everyone in the various activities. We really enjoyed the golf simulator, volleyball, black jack, and the activity team joining us for dancing at the Gypsy! They have been very friendly and really made us feel welcome here. Will definitely return!

Amazing experience would definitely come back.
Gabriela was amazing, played in the golf simulator, beach volleyball. Regina was amazing as well. Totally loved their hospitality.

Pro’s and Con’s of Resort.
The grounds are very nice and the rooms are excellent. We did have a 1600 sq ft master ocean front room. Food was above average for an all inclusive. The cons were very poor overall hospitality and quality of drinks. Bar service at main pool bar was poor. A few of the bartenders were rude and did not seem to enjoy their job. Some were good though. Their resort credit is useless. Example we ordered three additional bottles of champagne for our room for a birthday celebration. They said the $40.00 voucher would cover it. On arrival I signed the voucher the champagne was left on the table. On the way out the staff stated his manager radioed him and said only $10.00 was applicable. So I said that was not the agreement and they took the champagne away!!! All inclusive though-all guests were staying at the hotel. Sad service. Have other examples as well but don’t want to keep going. In short grounds are very nice but hospitality seriously lacks.

The most amazing resort!
This was our first stay at an all-inclusive resort and I am now spoiled and this resort is amazing! The property is very well maintained and clean. The pools: The vegetation surrounding the pools makes you feel like you are in paradise. Each pool has its own unique vibe so if you want a large pool to people watch, there are two to choose from. If you prefer quiet and almost secluded, there are several of those as well. No need to take beach/pool towels, there are stands located around the resort where you can grab as many as you need. One of the pools, I'll call it the party pool because there is loud music and daily activities was a lot of fun. While you are at the pool, you won't see many of the servers coming asking you if you want a drink, for an all inclusive resort, I would expect that. So you'll have to go to the bars along property and get your own drink. Our room: We stayed in 2302 which is a preferred room and ocean side which means the balcony faces the ocean. You can see Cozumel in the distance. There's a very large soaking on the deck as well as two chairs and a table. The room was very nice but did have a musty smell. The walk-in shower is amazing! There are full size bottles of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The toilet room is separate within the bathroom with this very heavy nice, frosted glass privacy door. You'll find a full-size bottle of sunscreen as well as one toothbrush, toothpaste and some little toiletries. The room also comes with a pretty beach bag-you get to keep that! There's two robes and house slippers for two. My only issue in the room is there is not enough drawer space to place your clothes but there are two closets to hang clothes, and they will provide extra hangers if you need. If you want the room to be cleaned, make sure you push the button by the front door. We did not know you had to do that so was wondering why our room didn't get cleaned daily. I'm sure it was mentioned by our room bell hop but we were given so much information it was overwhelming. Special free amenities with a preferred room: Make sure to take advantage of the hydrotherapy at the spa that comes complimentary with the room. We loved that! The spa is so clean and nice and the service was fantastic - one of our favorite parts. You get access to the roof top observatory and restaurant, I'll mention this under restaurants. Upon check in, because we had a preferred room, we were taking to a very nice check in lobby where snacks were provided and an open bar. We were told this bar has the best drinks. The ONLY complaint we had at check in was the sales pitch. The tried to get us to sign up for a 90-minute talk about the Impressions side. We had traveled all day and were exhausted and didn't feel that was appropriate when checking in. The beach: I had read reviews about the beach and they were true. In the summer there is so much brown seaweed you don't want to get into the water. The sand is nice and the chairs are nice so relaxing on the beach is great, but you'll want to go to one of the many pools to cool off. We rented a jet sea doo and it was a lot of fun. The water outside the net barrier was gorgeous and clean, gorgeous shades of emerald green and light blue. Restaurants: WOW!- so many to choose from. We tried all of them with the exception of the Asian restaurant. By far, our favorite for breakfast was at the roof top observatory. The food was wonderful and the view was out of this world. Make sure to spend time in the pool at the observatory. But to get access you must be in a preferred room or stay at the Impressions side. For lunch, we always ate at the Market Cafe because the food was so good and so many options to choose from. There is a coffee place downstairs where you can get coffee, sandwiches, ice cream and pastries, it's all inclusive so you don't pay for the treats there. There is a jewelry store and a store on site. The store sells clothing, souvenirs, sunscreen and other items. Tips to providers - we were wondering if you tip the workers and heard other guests asking the same question. I never saw anyone tip the restaurant workers. Do tip the person who takes your luggage to your room. Not sure if you tip the bartenders or servers.
