    Wonderful experience

    A wonderful spread at breakfast, fresh eggs/omelette station, a lot of fresh food, fresh fruit available, as well as hot and cold coffee drinks available to order. Stuff was so friendly., Josh was great in particular

    Outstanding service

    We had an amazing time at the hotel. The atmosphere, location and staff have been amazing. Special thanks to Chef Ifraz and Chef Praneet for the incredible food we were served. They went out of their way to cater for any dietary requests we made. A 10/10 experience at Sanasana restaurant where we dined the most. Thanks to all the kitchen staff and servers.

    True Fijian hospitality

    Bula! We celebrated Christmas at the Intercontinental and had a lovely time. A special shoutout to Johnny Boy who led a Kava tasting and then turned into the grinch for Christmas! To Vilesh the chef at the breakfast buffet who made the most delicious coconut chutney and packed us some to take when we left. To Fi for a perfect massage at the Spa. To the front desk manager Mere for promptly fixing a lot of mishaps / lack of communication from the staff prior to our arrival. To Mohammed who led both our sunset cruise and our snorkeling trip and was one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. And to the pool aerobics instructor which was the highlight of every day! We are so grateful to all of you for making our stay a very special one and showing the genuine kindness and hospitality of the Fijian people. Wishing all of you the best for the new year. Vinaka!!

    Awesome place

    Great place to stay for families. We had a 2 bedroom suite with club access which I highly recommend. Staff were amazing. We will return!
