Old fashioned. Really bad breakfast. No one speaks english, it is impossible to communicate!!! Added to this although the tip is not compulsory they bring you to sign for all your inclusive things like the breakfast just to get the tip while they do not give you any kind of service as it is self service. We had club access and the last day although it was early in the morning and we still had time to check out they did not let us in the club room for coffee. The beach at the front is also bad. Would not recommend.

The signature suite is outstanding. Room service is great. Food is very good. We enjoyed the resort. Great beach, we like the flamingo beach. Great walking.

Fabulous Experience
Me and my family stayed at the hotel from 08/02/25 to 08/08/25. We had a great experience. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has an awesome location, nice facilities, great food, the best beach in Cancun and above all the best service. They hotel staff are very accommodating. I want to thank a few people from the staff who went above and beyond to serve us. They are: Alberto Chi, Antonio de la Riva, Mario Chan and Odelfa Salguero. Each one of these people made our stay very pleasant, and thanks to them we are looking to return to the hotel.

Relaxing holiday with top service
We visited the hotel back in April and we still think fondly of our time there. The hotel has a lovely beach and all amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation. All staff members are were very attentive and friendly. We were especially well taken care of by Antonio, who served us for breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. He truly showed us what 5 star service looks like with his attention to detail and professional service attitude! Thank you for the great time!
