  Mostly very service minded

  Excellent hotel manager and receptionist at ambassador check in and some personal in the lounge (Jocabel and Axel)

  Relaxing escape

  We had a king suite with a terrace with lagoon view. We loved the room, large, clean, exactly as it looks in the photos. Nice bed, linens and shampoo etc. On the terrace, room for 2 loungers, we watched the birds and could see the ocean in the distance. Beautiful white sand beach. The property is well maintained and landscaped. The large pool was heated. Seemed to be low season so had no problem getting a beach chair. Umbrellas were great, nice and large to cover two lounge chairs. Music at the pool was not too loud. Our booking included buffet breakfast, which showed a $25 USD value . Three restaurants- we liked Le Cap the best. Food prices were equal to USD. Staff friendly and helpful. Relaxing and quiet vibe on the property.

  Great experience!

  Our stay at IHC in Cancun was great! From the moment we checked in until we departed we felt like family. Upon checking in Fernanda was so warm and friendly; her professionalism was top notch. The room (601) was incredible! Ocean views, outdoor deck, and quiet. The morning breakfasts in the Club Lounge were the perfect way to start the day - a great selection of food to satisfy a variety of tastes; a chef was at the ready to prepare eggs any way you like. Luis warmly greeted us every morning and made sure that we were well fed and caffeinated! The evening appetizers/wine/cocktails in the Club Lounge were a nice touch and a means to wind down from the day before heading to dinner; Caesar was great and very attentive to guests' needs. There was a wine tasting event in the Lounge with the sommelier, Fredi (we apologize if we have his name incorrect). We saw him on other occasions while dining and he was incredibly helpful at assisting in wine selection for the meal. We did not want for anything during our stay and want to thank the hotel and its staff for a wonderful vacation.

  Lovely Hotel, wonderful staff.

  My husband and I loved our week at the Presidente in Cancun. The location is great for travellers who enjoy a peaceful beautiful beach, without the rowdy "spring break" atmosphere present at other hotels on the tourist strip. The hotel is top notch, rooms serviced beautifully daily, and the staff were really attentive and lovely. I really appreciated Jocabad in the private lounge who remembered my breakfast coffee preference (with almond milk) every day. Special shout out to the staff at the Caribono restaurant where we ate nearly every day, Antonio De la Riva was an excellent host, and the food was fresh and delicious, and varied enough that we didn't get bored with the menu. (Fish tostadas and the soft shell crab tacos were so good!) The mediteranean restaurant at the hotel was also excellent. I think the fresh groper in green sauce was one of the most delicious piece of fish I've ever eaten. We really enjoyed Freddie the sommalier for his open friendliness and excellent wine suggestions. The wine tasting was informative and tasty. Jamie and Alberto were super helpful booking a number of wonderful tours for us, where we were picked up and dropped off at the hotel before and after the excursions.

  Scam hotel

  The hotel employees will rob you blind. Avoid at all costs everything here is a scam. Horrendous service from management and staff. The excursion guy stole 150 dollars from me promising a tour that I couldn’t take- everything was a lie just to take my money.
