The best place ever
Hilario was amazing for all of the recommendations and every single time we came to the restaurant he was the best, no matter what we needed he was on it, he recommended amazing wines and even what food to go with it. I highly recommend this place if your traveling, you won’t regret it.

Terrific Hotel and restaurants. There is a huge but, thier dive operation ruined the trip because they don't accept PADI certs if you haven't dove in over 2 years. I've been diving for 30 years and they wanted me to do a full recert. I will never go to a Scuba Du resort again.

Where to start! In the main restaurant, Caribeno, the wait staff is outstanding especially Atocha and Limber. Excellent
Excellent service every where at this hotel. Great attention to details and customer service. Truly a vacation being here. Great scuba diving operation also. We will be back. Dive team excellent especially Choki and all the workers on the boat. Restaurant workers excellent especially Atocha and Limber in the main restaurant. Loved this place and the people that work here!

After coming here for 30 years, this resort is by far still the best resort on the island of Cozumel. The service, staff and rooms are all excellent. The rooms are clean and the grounds are constantly being well maintained. The layout of the whole resort is perfect for both couples and families. My friend and I rent a car every time we come to Cozumel to take advantage of the local dining and beaches. On that note though, there are plenty of cabs/taxis waiting at the hotel to take you where ever you desire. My friend and I prefer the rooms on the side of the Spa and Gym. We stayed at the resort 9 days 8 nights. I scuba dived 3 days, my friend dove 5 days. When not diving, I went to the gym, which is huge and is well equipt with every type of fitness activity you choose. We took advantage of the El Caribeño Pavillion for Buffet Breakfast and snacks by the pool. The Le Cap Beach Club bar was great for drinks and snacks. We did have a couple dinners there. We also did dine at Alfredo Di Roma Trattoria Cozumel for dinner 1 time. Again, thank you for the great stay! See you all next year.
