Our butler Ray has been nothing short of amazing the entire week my wife and I were there on our honeymoon. The entire staff at JOIA Bavardo are amazing and enjoyable to be around. We can’t wait to come back in the future.

More than Expected!
Absolutely excellent all inclusive adult resort! The service , the staff , the food and facilities were exceptional. The grounds are meticulously well taken care of and the kindness was all around me.Kudos to Joairy who took such care of every aspect of my stay. Altagracia whose smile greeted me every morning at breakfast and who had a special soup made to calm my stomach. Elizabeth at the Lobby’s bar who welcomed me with a special, delicious drink and Garcia and Yocaira who were so kind and helpful. My room was immaculate thanks to the excellent staff ! It contained every comfort element! The only caveat in Bavaro was the sea weed accumulation on the beach which has become a problem due to global warming. However the resort makes all the efforts available to them pick it up. I will be happy to come back !

Relaxing getaway in Punta Cana
Beautiful and special vacation. Perfect for relaxation. Alternating between different restaurants on a nightly basis and interacting constantly with the hardworking staff. From the nonstop smiling butler service of Daniel and Jesus and helpfulness of concierge Ramon and Meliodas. Daily breakfast service provided by Irene at the Bella Vista buffet. She always remembered our drinks of choice and our favorite table to sit to start of every morning right. So many other hotel staff members that work behind the scenes, such as the landscaping crew, swimming pool cleaning crew and the housekeeping ladies. Nightly show at La Scala theater was a fun way to wrap up every night before heading to bed. My only suggestions would be to open La Perla restaurant on a more routinely basis and not just one day a week. Also would be nice to see more dominican desserts being offered, such as majarete and tres leches cake.

Joia was a Joy!
Just returned home on September 9th. Joia Bavaro was beautiful! The staff was warm , friendly, professional, and provided great service. The food was delicious, including the room service and the restaurants. The steak house was our favorite, along with the buffet at breakfast and dinner. The drink selection was perfect. Ingred in the cigar bar made my favorite drinks. The level of care and quality was next level. The bar tenders in the pool, including Lele and Jacinto, always remembered what we like. The pools were beautiful and we always found a seat, even at 11am. The entertainment was good, especially the fire show. This place is a hidden gem where the staff makes you feel special and cared for. I had a peaceful feeling all week. It was an epic 2nd year anniversary trip! If you don't need to use your coupons and are not planning to go to the spa, just let Victor know from the start so that he doesn't ask you more than once.

The best gateway ever!!!!
We stayed at this resort for 6 days and everything and everyone was great. They made us feel comfortable from the minute they picked us up from the airport to minute they drop us off. All bartenders, entertainment, servers, concierges, cooks were so friendly. I’m sorry for not remembering everyones name but thank you Yeli, sugar, chocolate, black mamba, yordiana, lely, jacinto, daniel, JUAN, ROMAN Y FRANCIS. Thank you ALL for treating us like family.
