Jan 04, 2026Another Incredible Holiday At The Join El Mirador - Costa Adeje - Tenerife
My Mother and I went again to the Joia El Mirador in Costa Adele, Tenerife for our annual Christmas holiday. Once again, it is like going home for Christmas, the staff are the same, which is the nicest thing, because they feel like family in the way they greet you and look after you during your stay. Nothing is too much trouble. In particular the Assistant Manager, Tizianna Marquez, Letitia in the restaurant, Orlando by the pool and Andrea who serves food and drinks around the pool area and Paola on Reception The hotel is in a traditional style, which is our preference, and it has remained the same for the last 10 years that we have been going there. We have made a lot of friends here, that also return year on year. which is a sign of a good hotel if people keep returning to it. No matter how full the hotel it is always peaceful around the pool area and the views from the terrace are just stunning

Festive delight
Another enjoyable family Christmas and New Year at the Mirador. A 5 star experience from start to finish. Location, rooms, facilities and restaurants are all superb and when considered in conjunction with the amazing staff, it really makes this hotel very very special.

Experience Paradise on earth
Where to start! There is so much to say about El Mirador - the hotel itself, its position, the ambience, the staff, the facilities, the food, the friendships forged ... I could fill the page! There is simply no better place to spend your holiday - which is why such a large percentage of clientele return year after year - some several times a year! Whatever room & board you choose, the Mirador welcome & service is always exceptional. Peace & tranquility are standard issue with excellent staff attending to your every need without hesitation, and always with a willing smile. It would be unfair to single out individuals - they are all worthy of mention & praise - but Paola (reception) and Diana (star prestige) have always gone above & beyond to make every guest's holiday a special event. The ever present & excellent Tiziana is simply a delightful & super efficient leader of her troops & has become a great friend to so many of her guests. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and a taste of Paradise, this is the "go to" place! I am well into double figures of visits - now as a solo traveler - and only advancing years will stop me going back. So many of us "repeaters" have looked elsewhere but have never found anywhere to beat El Mirador. Call us boring oldies, but we know a good thing when we see it! Give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful
Fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff. Loved every minute of our holiday. Definitely one for older guests. We are 50 and felt like the youngsters! Will be returning for sure.

When can we come back?
This wonderful Hotel is such an amazing place to stay as we have had the pleasure of visiting many times. I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the architecture to the fabulous views across the ocean, the friendly staff from management to pool attendant they cannot do more to make your stay more relaxing. The food is amazing and varied from buffet to silver service, every taste is accommodated for. It’s just so special in every way, quite the best place to stay for us.
