Just Stunning = The Join El Mirador In Tenerife - it does what it says on the tin ! Five star luxury, attention to detail, efficient in every respect. We are regulars, our favourite hotel in Tenerife, it always lives up to expectations and beyond. The staff are amazing, at every level and nothing is too much trouble in all departments - Tiziana, Paola, Ivan, Carlos, Orlando, Letitia and all the supporting cast and all the people behind the scenes. The whole site is exquisite - don't take our word for it - try it for yourselves - Frank and Di.

Beyond Wonderful
Beyond Wonderful Our stay was a little different for reasons you will see below, and I hope that no one goes through what we did on holiday but thank goodness we were staying at this wonderful hotel. Firstly upon arrival we were just blown away by the hotel. We had a lovely walk around with Tiziana the Assistant Manager and we just knew we loved it. Its like a little piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of Costa Adeje. Yes a short walk out and you are on the lovely promenade that takes you down to the sandy beach. The views are spectacular, the pool area immaculate you just feel relaxed and well looked after the moment you arrive. Sadly on our first full day my husband was taken very ill and rushed to hospital upon which he stayed there for 4 nights. I can not thank the Mirador staff enough for what they did to help me during this time. My special thanks to Tiziana who liaised with the hospital chasing things for me, so many other staff members who’s names I sadly didn’t catch or remember (I was very tired) but in the restaurant, reception etc, always ensuring I was ok, making sure I had food when I returned from the hospital, checking that I was ok the list goes on. Also Claudia who touched based with me daily she helped with all the translation with the ambulance men etc. My husband is very fit and healthy so to go through this was so unexpected for us. Again a special mention to Tiziana who was absolutely amazing, she would check on me every day if I needed anything, always asking how my husband was etc this was often outside of her working hours also. When you are alone in a foreign country dealing with a major thing such as this, it was unbelievable to get the support and literally love that I got from the hotel. We are home now and still sadly my husband is not so well but we are 100% returning to this amazing place. Of what we experienced the food in the buffet restaurant for lunch and dinner was absolutely excellent so much choice to cater for everyone. The pool area is beautiful and I did use the gym a few times (not as much as planned) and all you can hear is the sound of the sea when you walk in in the morning as it looks straight over the bay its really something else. The bar often had music on and all the bar staff were so welcoming and looked after me when I was on my own. What I found also that all the guests were so lovely, its feels like this warmth and love runs through the hotel throughout all the staff which then means all the guests feel it too. ITs quite something and I know we have found somewhere so special that we will return too. We had a sea view room and the sunset and sunrises were a little piece of paradise I needed with everything I had going on. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to return and I can not recommend this hotel enough its one of the most amazing hotels I have stayed at for 1000’s of reasons only some I have been able to mention as per the above. Im sure I will remember more as time goes on. X

Paradise Does Exist on Costa Adeje
We spent New Year at this beautiful hotel. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed our time immensely. All of the staff are fantastic and a special mention to Tiziana and Pablo, who went beyond the call of duty, and helped us to our next destination in their personal cars when it proved impossible to get a taxi. Thank you again

All round excellence
We have just returned from a wonderful 14 day holiday covering the Xmas + New Year celebrations. We have been at the hotel many times before but each time the quality of the experience gets better + better! The only downside is that we both gained a bit too much weight due to the high quality of the meals provided at breakfast, lunch + dinner!! We feel that what makes holidaying at the hotel a 5 * plus experience is the quality of the staff at all levels. They are efficient, hard working, courteous + some are very witty! We love the hotel so much that we have already booked another 3 visits during 2026.

A true 5 star Luxury Hotel
This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel, this time over New Year. Everything about this hotel is superb, from the decor, the pool area, the restaurants and the amazing staff. From the minute you arrive you are greeted as though you are family and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a wonderful gala dinner on New Year's eve, free flowing champagne and wine and the entertainment was the best band we have danced to in a long time! In fact the entertainment every evening is superb, especially Elvis ! I would like to give a special mention to Orlando who really looks after you around the pool, Letitia in the restaurant and the Assistant Manager, Tizianna. We arrived home yesterday and have just booked again to return in March!
