Why doesn't the management team wear name badges? I couldn't have told you who ANY of them were. If the other staff have to wear badges then why not for everyone? If they don't wear name badges ( for whatever reason) could a display of their photograph and first name be shown somewhere in the foyer?

An amazing stay (again)
Led by the brilliant Tiziana the El Mirador just gets better and better every time we come. The team work exceptionally hard to make your stay fantastic. We’ve been coming for 17 years and we’ll e back. Thank you so much for making our holiday fantastic again Fintan

Amazing in every way
Wow wow wow!! The most amazing hotel and staff. 5 day trip with my mum and sister in law, first time visit for me, 3rd time for my mum. Special mention of the lovely Vida who helped reunite my mum with her lost hand baggage which was left in the taxi, she could not have been more kind and helpful. All the staff are so lovely and can not do enough for you. The food is out of this world there is so much choice. Lovely pool area, heated pool, comfiest sunbeds. Lovely rooms, hotel is spotless. 10/10 for everything. Mum has rebooked to return in December with her sister. Big thank you to Tiziana and all the staff.

Wonderful week, thoroughly spoilt
This was our 3rd visit, and this week was just as wonderful as the previous weeks. Without question it’s the staff that make the holiday. Highly recommend Big thank you to Tiziana, Leticia, CHALO, Alejandra,Paoblo, Yori and Orlando See you in 2026 x

The best hotel experience of many excellent hotels we've stayed at.
How do I start to praise a hotel this good? Our holiday was superb and made so much better by all the wonderful and attentive staff at JOIA El Mirador Costa Adeje from the porter Roberto to managerial level, everyone was so very helpful. Our room maid Joana made sure we had everything we needed every day and our suite although not what we wanted as the full front sea views were already fully booked was still lovely with a side sea view and it's more quiet position suited us just fine. We enjoyed our hydro pool session and our massages which were expertly done. My wife and I (James & Elaine) would like to especially mention and give our sincere thanks to Alexandria and Daniela who were so lovely and very helpful throughout our 11 day stay. We vary our travels destination widely to experience more of the World but would definitely return to this hotel in the future as it was a 6 star experience. Well done Iberostar JOIA!
