Just returned home from this stunning hotel .. our yearly visit 7 years now and this place never fails to impress me .. From the moment you are greeted at the door and given cooling towel and chilled carva .. upgraded to star prestige which is well worth the money .. stunning rooms and fantastic service from newly training butler Andrea with her attentive service and Diana they are brilliant.. Breakfast is amazing wide choice and many options to suit all and Fatima makes your morning more enjoyable with her welcoming smile and greetings .. All areas are immaculate from pool areas , restaurants and lounges .. But biggest shout out goes to Tiziana who is fantastic at her job she goes above and beyond to make your stay that extra special great asset to hotel.. This hotel is my happy place and I highly recommend a visit Thank you to all staff for your hospitality and exceptional service Tracey Parker and Derek Parker x

Fantastic hotel and a warm and personal approach!
Once again we enjoyed staying at the Joia El Mirador and more specifically the hospitality, the beautiful setting, the very tasty food and the fantastic staff and employees. Although it is only our second stay, if feels already like coming home!

Perfect in every way
Travelling on your own to a new hotel is always a bit daunting, but I should note have worried. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was pampered and looked after beautifully by each and every employee. Goodness they were incredible. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. Cannot recommend enough. Peaceful and relaxing.

Belated seventh visit to the El Mirador.
We had planned our seventh stay at the El Mirador for May 2024, but cancelled due to the media reports of anti-tourist demonstrations and the strikes of hotel staff. My wife missed the special treatment she always received for her birthday every year at the El Mirador, so we decided to take a chance and try it again this year. In the event, we need not have worried as everything was as perfect as before, with excellent service from all of the staff and the facilties were as comprehensive as always, if not better. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a good selection of cooked food including a choice of freshly cooked eggs, fried scrambled poached or boiled, even eggs benedict to order. As before, my wife had her usual birthday treat, with a heart-shaped display of rose petals on the bed when we returned to our room, with a card and presents from the hotel plus a cake and bottle of cava. We hadn't told the reception staff that it was her birthday, they obviously saw it from her passport when we checked in, as they had on previous visits. The El Mirador is excellent in this respect, unlike other hotels we have visited. We have already booked our next visit for May 2026.

Perfection !
Just come back from the most amazing hotel in a perfect location. The rooms and sea views are stunning but most of all the staff are out of this world. Special thank you to Orlando, so friendly and bubbly. Always a cuddle or high five from him. He got us loungers each day and positioned us exactly where we wanted to be at anytime of the day. Food and restaurants are very special. The setting of the restaurants are amazing both inside and out and the standard of food is second to none. We was looked after by Tiziana & Alejandro, two very special people at the hotel continuously overseeing everything. Extremely professional and friendly, they made us feel like we were the only people there. It was our anniversary whilst we were there and we couldn’t have celebrated it in anywhere more special. We will be booking again for next May.
