Perfection every visit!
Once again a fabulous holiday in our Tenerife home! Being welcomed every time by Tiziana and her team completes our stay here without fail. Continuing our 14th year here, tells you what a wonderful experience we receive every visit. The cleanliness and attention to detail has never wavered, in fact, continues to improve year on year. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly and attentive which creates a great atmosphere all over the hotel. Each and every area around the grounds and pool are well maintained and beautiful. The rooms and all areas are pristine. The food is exceptional with endless choices and delicious flavours, all cooked and served fresh, to your preference and excellent value. The bedrooms are well equipped and comfortable, serviced daily and in perfect condition. In a peaceful location with direct access to Del Duque beach and a short stroll to La Caleta and Fanabe. Of course we will return!!!!

Paradise.
I think other reviews pretty much sum up the close to perfect experience the El Mirador offers you. Firstly, staff are friendly, helpful, efficient ranging from the cleaning staff to Reception, bar and restaurant staff (who by the way are exemplary) and the management team. Secondly, the whole complex is spotless, everywhere kept in good order. Thirdly, bedrooms are the best anywhere you would find around the globe, totally faultless. Fourthly, our half board arrangement is real value for money. The buffets morning and evening are first class, the à la carte offering in the evening is a real plus. Finally, a big thank you for our second consecutive year to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.

Wonderful week, in a beautiful location looked after by a fantastic team
Another return visit to the Mirador and as ever it was just as wonderful as previous visits. We stayed on La Balconada so were looked after by Sophie, Diana and Martina and as ever we were made to feel so welcome. Lovely to see some of the team who have been there for many years who continue to deliver top level service - I am hopeless at remembering names but Yori, Jose, Paula and many others including of course Tiziana! There is so much good to say about the hotel - the grounds are lovely - plenty of garden space, fabulous pool and right by the seas. Rooms are spacious with lovely views out to see. Breakfast is up there with the best I have had anywhere and each year there have been little additions further increasing the choice. The management of this hotel should be proud of the team here as they are what sets this hotel apart. See you next year!

A very special hotel
We have just returned from 10 nights at the wonderful Joia El Mirador, our third visit in two years. There is not a lot that I can add to the many overwhelmingly positive reviews of this hotel. The moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Paola, and offered sparkling wine and chocolates whilst we were checked in, and we were immediately able to relax. Our room was beautiful, with an abundance of storage space, a comfortable lounge area, a beautiful balcony with both a table and chairs and two sunbeds, and a large well-equipped bathroom. The restaurants were all excellent, the bar very relaxing and with good entertainment each evening, with attentive service provided by Roberto, Ivan, Jesus and Yousef. The gardens are beautiful, overlooking the beach and ocean, and Orlando provided such a friendly welcome every day, placing sun loungers wherever you want them. In fact all of the staff really make this hotel what it is, and we are looking forward to our next stay there.

An Outstanding Hotel
We have been staying at the El Mirador for many years - the only hotel anywhere in the world that we repeatedly return to. This is the holiday where we are looking for quality down time, and a quiet, relaxed stay and the hotel delivers on every front. The accommodation is excellent, the location ideal for wandering along the seafront, the food the in the hotel of great quality - breakfast offers an incredible array of options all beautifully prepared and presented. And what really sets it apart are the staff - many of whom we see year after year and some of whom we now regard as friends - unfailingly helpful, friendly and leaving you with a sense they really want to make your holiday perfect rather than they have to. On the very rare occasion we have encountered even the smallest issue, it has been resolved immediately with complete charm.
