    CANT WAIT TO RETURN

    We had an awesome time at the JW. The rooms were beautiful and the views were spectacular. From check in to check out top shelf. As a business traveler I frequent high end hotels. This was very good for the cost. Would certainly do it again. The service by the adult only pool with Manuel, Santiago, and Caesar was exceptional! They made the trip perfect and the food was very good. The only draw back was not the hotel but the seaweed. Too much to swim in the ocean.

    Fabulous trip to Cancun. Stayed at the JW Marriott. Restaurants were amazing, service was great! Marcela was one of the workers that made the service and experience great. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. It was clean. Enjoyed having pickleball on site!

    Great staff, everything else not so great

    Stayed in a Grand Ocean View Suite. It was very large, with a great view, but felt very ‘functional’ and wasn’t a particularly great place to spend time. The food was the biggest disappointment, how can a hotel in Mexico not even make good guacamole? That wasn’t the only issue with the food, it was just generally of a very poor quality. Staff were great everywhere. Warm, friendly and welcoming.

    Great Service

    Faby out by the pool treated our family with outstanding service! She was friendly, attentive and went out of her way to make sure we had a great day by the pool. She is a prime example of the great service all around at this hotel. From the doormen to the pool wait staff!
