    Amazing Family Vacation

    Our family of 4 stayed here last week. We absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful and it’s very peaceful compared to CSL. Our ocean view room was very nice and spacious, and extremely clean (which is a huge thing with me). Additionally, the staff is AMAZING!! We ate breakfast at Ua several times and the food was excellent. My youngest preferred the buffet but the rest of us ate off of the menu. The omelettes were the fluffiest I’ve ever had and the side heirloom tomato salad is divine. Also recommend the Chilaquiles, the bagel sandwich and enchiladas (yes I had them for breakfast). We had Anthony for our server several times and he’s absolutely fantastic!! Mark Diaz, the manager, is incredibly hospitable and will do everything to ensure you have a great experience. We also ate twice at Marhumo. Incredible empanadas with chimichurri. The half chicken and the short ribs are also fantastic. Staff is great here as well. We spend most of our time at the pools on vacation as we all love to relax and swim. Tadeo was probably the best pool side server we’ve ever had. He was so nice and went above and beyond for us with cold towels, buckets of ice, and even played with my kids with the beach balls and marco polo (he was outside of the water, of course, but added to the fun and laughter). Edwardo was also amazing, as was Ruben. Shout out to my friend, Antonio, at the lower bar at Marhumo! He’s the BEST (so friendly/fun). I can’t wait to go back to have more of his passion fruit margaritas and mojitos! The property is in San Jose so it’s quieter out here, and that’s what we wanted. CSL is just a short Uber away, and we did go into town one day. This was my first time staying in San Jose (no where near my first time in Los Cabos), and we will definitely go back. Thank you JW Los Cabos for a fabulous family vacay!!!

    Disappointed

    So disappointed in this property’s customer service. Big trip debacle and flight cancellation, mishap with the app and they charged me 3k for absolutely nothing. I will add that Marriott corporate relations was excellent but unfortunately each property acts independently. Lots of places to stay in Cabo avoid this location.

    Family Fun with a chance of mommy and daddy alone time!

    Resort is a beauty and the attention you receive from the moment you arrive is priceless! We went as a family and we have kids who enjoyed the kids club they were very excited to stay with the staff while we went on our date night dinner reservations . They send you photos of the kids while they stay there doing activities, playing and eating. It’s absolutely safe and I highly recommend it! Thank you Sofia, Karla, Paula and Gina for your attentiveness with our kids they loved you!

    Definitely Visiting Again!

    My family and I visited the JW in mid June of this year and it was wonderful! Truly one of our favorite vacations. We went during “off season” but had a great time. The service was great, everyone was friendly and always wanting to help. We all felt pampered! With any request they had solutions. We wanted to have some yoga mats in our room to emulate our usual routine back home and the spa let us borrow 2 mats for our entire stay with no problem! We never waited at any restaurant and all the staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and housekeeping was so kind! We especially loved the little taco restaurant inside! The staff at El- Luchador tacos were so friendly and kind and we all felt like we had built a connection at the end of our vacation. Food was great- we went back for dinner 3 times- everything was made fresh and was delicious! The restaurant, food, and staff became the highlight of our trip!
