Nice Place
I rated this place at four out of five because going into it I knew what I was going to get for my money. Based off of the photos and the reviews from other people, I wasn’t expecting this to be a five star hotel, which is not but that was fine for what we needed it for. We didn’t really stay on the resort all that much. We were out doing things and seeing Maui so we essentially just used it as a place to sleep. If you’ve stayed on other resorts in the past and you’re expecting restaurants and a coffee shop on site that’s not what you’re gonna get here. They have a little restaurant ask place next to the pool, which is fine for like a quick bite to eat, but that’s essentially all you’re gonna get. One thing that I did find really annoying was that it seemed like no one on the resort really had any idea when things were supposed to be happening. For example, signs in the elevators say that happy hours from 3 to 5 so one day we went down to the poolside bar at 4 but happy hour was actually from 2 to 4. Also we wanted to play mini golf which was supposed to end at sunset but in reality it ends at 6 which was well before sundown so that was a slightly annoying. I was also a little surprised that Hilton hasn’t done anything with this place since they bought it in 2021 it’s very outdated but like I said before I knew what we were getting into so I wasn’t expecting much. This isn’t the place for people to go if they want ti solely stay in the resort majority of the time though.

Dirty hotel, dismissive staff and overpriced
This is not a luxury hotel by any means. There are bugs (cockroaches) in rooms, it was pretty disgusting, we didn’t want to use anything in the kitchen because we were concerned they walked on it. They are fairly small meaning there are big ones somewhere still laying eggs since most reviews from three weeks ago said they saw big bugs. You will pay room and resort fee for every day but the housekeeping only comes in every three days since this is a time share. We had to ask every day to get clean towels and get dirty ones picked up. Also no way to take the trash out until housekeeping gets in, so the bug problem will persist. We also asked for fresh sheets, they brought them and put on the chair for us to change them! I asked front desk since we are here as Hilton hotel guests, not time-share owners if we can have housekeeping come in every day/every other day they said no. They were dismissive from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, offered nothing for the compensation. This whole stay felt more like a transaction than vacation. No real restaurant on premises, no coffee shops or gift shops. Overall, I do not recommend, there are much nicer hotels in the area.

Family vacation with 6 year old granddaughter was great!
Great accommodations on the 8th floor 2-bedroom corner location with a view of the ocean. Wraparound outside patio with large sliding glass doors. Spacious rooms. Only drawback was limited kitchen with no oven or cook top however a large electric skillet served us well. Easy beach access and pool was great. Nice bar but limiting site food. However food trucks we right there. Lots of activities onsite even mini golf. A must do again!

Excellent family vacation spot
Super comfortable rooms, fantastic pool, beautiful scenery, and friendly people. Lots of activity options. Family oriented and kid friendly. We’ve been quite impressed and would happily recommend.
