    Large but outdated

We stayed for a week at this property. It is a large resort with 3 towers. Unfortunately we were put in room facing a back parking lot, so we were disappointed to not have a better view. The balcony was also very small, so we weren’t able to use it. The best thing about this resort is the large pool area with comfortable lounge chairs. However, they were far too strict on their one towel per person policy. The pool was warm and not too crowded, and we appreciated that there was a bar and small grill restaurant to order drinks and food. The view of the ocean from bar is also nice. We would have liked the bar and nightly live music to stay open later. Our suite was large, with a comfortable seating area. The kitchen area is very small with no place to store food/drinks, and the appliances were quite dated. If you like to cook your meals in, be aware there is not a stovetop or oven. The bathroom is large but, oddly, had an extremely small shower. The biggest complaint I had was the bed was extremely hard, and I could feel the springs in it. The bell staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a challenge. Even with a small sedan, we had difficulty fitting in some parking spots, and at times it was hard to find a spot.

    Awesome visit

This hotel is a little outdated with colors… granite… furniture.. etc but other than that it is pretty amazing! Great location! Boardwalk is to the left of the hotel and follows down for about a 45 minute walk. Easy walk to Dukes, a great restaurant off the boardwalk. Awesome snorkeling as well If you start at Dukes and head with the current south down the shoreline. We saw plenty of fish and sea turtles!! The pool is awesome! There is a bar right by the pool! The only reason I gave it a 4 stars are because there are minimal food options, and the drinks are super pricey!! I read reviews that there wasn’t any beach access but there was to the right side of the hotel! You will be happy you went!

    Nice Place

I rated this place at four out of five because going into it I knew what I was going to get for my money. Based off of the photos and the reviews from other people, I wasn’t expecting this to be a five star hotel, which is not but that was fine for what we needed it for. We didn’t really stay on the resort all that much. We were out doing things and seeing Maui so we essentially just used it as a place to sleep. If you’ve stayed on other resorts in the past and you’re expecting restaurants and a coffee shop on site that’s not what you’re gonna get here. They have a little restaurant ask place next to the pool, which is fine for like a quick bite to eat, but that’s essentially all you’re gonna get. One thing that I did find really annoying was that it seemed like no one on the resort really had any idea when things were supposed to be happening. For example, signs in the elevators say that happy hours from 3 to 5 so one day we went down to the poolside bar at 4 but happy hour was actually from 2 to 4. Also we wanted to play mini golf which was supposed to end at sunset but in reality it ends at 6 which was well before sundown so that was a slightly annoying. I was also a little surprised that Hilton hasn’t done anything with this place since they bought it in 2021 it’s very outdated but like I said before I knew what we were getting into so I wasn’t expecting much. This isn’t the place for people to go if they want ti solely stay in the resort majority of the time though.

Dirty hotel, dismissive staff and overpriced

This is not a luxury hotel by any means. There are bugs (cockroaches) in rooms, it was pretty disgusting, we didn’t want to use anything in the kitchen because we were concerned they walked on it. They are fairly small meaning there are big ones somewhere still laying eggs since most reviews from three weeks ago said they saw big bugs. You will pay room and resort fee for every day but the housekeeping only comes in every three days since this is a time share. We had to ask every day to get clean towels and get dirty ones picked up. Also no way to take the trash out until housekeeping gets in, so the bug problem will persist. We also asked for fresh sheets, they brought them and put on the chair for us to change them! I asked front desk since we are here as Hilton hotel guests, not time-share owners if we can have housekeeping come in every day/every other day they said no. They were dismissive from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, offered nothing for the compensation. This whole stay felt more like a transaction than vacation. No real restaurant on premises, no coffee shops or gift shops. Overall, I do not recommend, there are much nicer hotels in the area.

Family vacation with 6 year old granddaughter was great!

Great accommodations on the 8th floor 2-bedroom corner location with a view of the ocean. Wraparound outside patio with large sliding glass doors. Spacious rooms. Only drawback was limited kitchen with no oven or cook top however a large electric skillet served us well. Easy beach access and pool was great. Nice bar but limiting site food. However food trucks we right there. Lots of activities onsite even mini golf. A must do again!
