The entire staff were delightful. The grounds were immaculate! Loved having the beach at our doorstep! Great location to the market as well. The pools are small and not really resort style pools.

We had a great stay overall—the hotel is beautiful and has a really cool, relaxing vibe. Everything about the property was well-maintained and enjoyable. That said, we booked an ocean view room and were pretty disappointed. The view was barely there, definitely not what you'd expect for the extra price. It honestly wasn’t worth the upgrade, so we’d recommend just booking a regular room and saving the money. Other than that, the hotel itself was really good and we enjoyed our time there.

Great value, great location and clean!!
What a great property! The rooms were very clean, the property is well kept and you cannot beat the location. We loved Lava Lava Beach Club and the close proximity to the shopping center. The staff was also very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Awesome and Relaxing getaway staycation
All staff we came across was so nice and welcoming. We had some plumbing issues and the front desk girl was so helpful and rushed to call maintenance right away. Maintenance had to visit us twice and he was so polite and did whatever he could to help us until we had to check out. Big props to Jennie & Priscilla for having such great staff representing your company!

Kauai Shores - Perfect Honeymoon Resort
Came here with my wife for our honeymoon! If you are a guest, you get valet parking right away. Check-in was quick and easy (I booked online beforehand), and you are given wristbands for your room and beach towel cards for each guest you are with. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean, and air conditioned. No stains on the bedding, towels were clean and smelt fresh, many light options in the room, many outlet options as well, and the shower had good pressure with multiple options for your water (i.e. jet option vs normal vs some of both). The complimentary lotion was also very useful after getting out of the ocean that dries up your skin (at least it did for me). Housekeeping comes in daily and changes your towels and fixes up your bed. Its very nice to have a restaurant on-site, and a nice beach just on the other side of the lobby building. There's also green space to play corn hole and connect 4 with family/friends. The pools are also nice and clean. The valet was helpful as you can text to have your car ready at a certain time. There's also a free photobooth in the lobby! 10/10 experience, we loved our time at Kauai Shores and would recommend it to anyone! Also its in a good location, next to a shopping area with a market that's walkable. Compared to the island overall, its pretty central/east. 30min to go north to Hanalei, 30min to go south to Poipu, about an half and a half or so to Waimea Canyon in the west! Again, wonderful time here, my wife and I love coming back at the end of our day to wind down and sleep in the comfy bed. There's also netflix and youtube on the TV!
