    Worst experience we ever had in Mexico!

    We have visited resorts in Mexico for 20 yrs and always had an enjoyable time. Not so with Krystal Grand. The room we were assigned didn't match the marketing photos. The bed was so hard we would wake up in the middle of the night with a sore back. When we approached the management, their only reply was to shrug their shoulders and try to up-sell us. The food was mediocre. When we asked about using the $200 USD Krystal Coupons, were were told they no longer honor that offer. Since they would do nothing about the bedding situation, we departed 3 days early. When we contacted them regarding our experienced they totally ignored us. Such a waste of our time and money.

    Great vacation spot at los Cabos

    The staff were excellent, start from the concierge (Gabriel, to grill restaurant (Yolanda , Ceasar, Alejandra, and also a server in morning so so nice she mentioned she has only one daughter 7 years old. We satisfied with everything at this location from service, ( very nice people and great food good job to the management We will be back soon

    Great service and vibe

    Yolanda, Cesar, and Alejandra were great servers and provided excellent service!! Gabriel (concierge) was the best! He helped us with all our requests and was checking on us frequently during our stay! Our vacation was the best at Krystal Grand! We will be back soon!

    Altitude Tower

    Staying in the altitude tower made all the difference in our stay. The quiet of the rooms along with an ocean view, roof top bar, peace of an adult only pool, cook to order breakfast at The Grill restaurant , and complimentary snacks at sport bar all day … created a restful and enjoyable experience.

    Great for families

    Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. I’m not sure I’d go back again for a friend trip (lots of kids), but the adults-only pool was definitely a nice spot if you’re looking to relax. The main pools are crazy, and we never managed to get into the buffet. But you can’t beat the views and the friendly staff.
