My fiance and I went here for our yearly December vacation (2025). Everyone was wonderful. Our butlers Arturo and Viridiana were stellar. We also purchased the upgrade to be a part of the Aqua club which we enjoyed. The bartenders in the Aqua club were some of our favorite. Miguel in the downstairs bar made some of the most creative drinks you could think of. Marco the smoothie maker was our favorite staff member of all. He was extremely genuine, funny, and you could tell her cared about every guest. We had an ocean front room which was maintained well. The rooms maintained good A/C. All inclusive food typically isn’t our favorite but I think the restaurants here were among some of the better all inclusive restaurants we’ve been at. We plan on coming back next year with a large group!

Great honeymoon at Live Aqua!
I chose to go to Live Aqua on my honeymoon in December 2025. We were upgraded to an Aqua Suite before arriving (for a small fee) and it was the best decision. Maggie and Carlos were the BEST butlers. They helped us with dinner reservations, getting settled in our room and making Live Aqua feel like home! The resort was beautiful, every employee made you feel like you had known them forever. The food was the best I have had and there was not a single thing I can complain about. Chairs and free beds were available at the pool and beach every day. I will definitely be back!

Every time we go to CanCun we stay at LIVE AQUA. There is no other place with so many amazing people.
The hotel is beautiful, good distribution, rooms are great but most important is their staff. Everyone is so kind, well trained for customer service and the restaurants are awesome, MB, Hidden Garden all of them. We had a couple of butlers (mayordomos) to our service, Viri and Arturo. They were always making sure everything was alright and if we needed something, just one text away and they responded in less than one minute, excellent customer service.

Amazing!
Edouard was amazing every morning setting us up on at the pool and on the beach in a cabana. He made us feel so welcome! He was always so happy and set the vibe for the day!

Love this place. This is our second time here and we will definitely be back. The staff is excellent. We particularly loved Edouard Weston poolside. He made sure all our needs were met!
