We had such a great time at Aqua Live Punta Cana! The resort is beautiful, but what really made our trip special were the amazing people working there. Big thanks to Jandy for always being so helpful, Chef Huzur Augustin for the delicious food, and Huzur Salvador who made breakfast a treat every morning. At the Italian restaurant, Jeferson and Manuel were fantastic, while Pedro made our dinner at the French restaurant unforgettable. Rosa at Cool Fever coffee shop always had the best smile (and coffee!), Alexander at Aqua Club kept everything smooth, and David, our butler, went above and beyond to take care of us. We felt so welcomed everywhere we went. Can’t wait to go back!

Recommend upgrading and having Wric the butler take care of you.
Everyone was wonderful! Eric our butler took care of any need we had and quickly! This was our 2nd time and will definitely go back!

Nice place
I had a wonderful time at this resort , property was very nice ,the food was satisfying and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a butler named Pedro and he helped me with everything from transportation to excursions to my spa bookings.

Very Nice hotel. Very luxe. Nice service. The service from Jaberlin is perfect. Only the breakfast could be better and the spa is very expensive

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and the experience was amazing. Food and stay exceeded our expectations! Reynaldo our butler made our anniversary day very special! We loved everything & everyone at this resort especially Red❤️❤️ what an amazing person! Food 10/10, entertainment 10/10
