Before visiting this hotel I checked trip advisors for reviews and as you can see they are all incredible, which sounded to good to be true and ofc, it was. On check out, we discovered the reason why. A hotel worker literally followed us around and harassed us to write a review while he stood there. Luckily the email didn’t come through and after waiting around for ages he gave up and left us alone. This was a really strange and annoying experience. So when looking at reviews, bear in mind that they watch over people and force them to leave reviews before even leaving the resort so most of them are probably written out of politeness and panic. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and totally Instagram worthy wherever you turn so top marks for the hotel, we absolutely loved it. The service however was pretty poor, probably the worst service I’ve ever received in the Caribbean. Half of the workers were miserable and looked like they didn’t want to be there, so much so that I found myself apologising for asking for a drink. Most the time they wouldn’t even offer a drink at the restaurants and if they did, never returned with them. The service in the Mexican and Asian restaurants were amazing. The lunch restaurant between the quieter pools was also lovely and super friendly service. Not that this can be helped, but the beach was one of the worst Caribbean beach we’ve been to. The water is not clear or blue, it’s dirty looking and not very aesthetic, so if you’re a beach person I would recommend a different location. I would recommend the hotel based on its beauty, but not for service or the beach.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and our room was stunning—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the exceptional service from Wandy and his team—Salvador, Linda, and Nathaly went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. They truly delivered top-tier hospitality. However, the food was a letdown and definitely needs improvement. If the dining matched the level of the service, this would be a five-star experience!

Live Aqua Stay
The resort is beautiful. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay. Room service was great. I did not have a pleasant experience at the Italian or Mexican restaurants. Compton St Sports Bar was wonderful. The Asian restaurant was excellent. Salvador, our waiter and David the butler were both exceptional service representatives. Please lock up your valuables!

Miraflores staffs/ main lobby
Staff are excelent very professional kind, Everything clean. Miraflores restaurant very clean food very good. The guy in charge always making sure everything is perfect!. This people are doing a great job, main lobby staffs as well I honestly can't complaint. This is an adult resort and everyone here know how to behave at least on this one.
