Alan (driver), Jessie (housekeeping), and Miguel (waiter) were very nice and super helpful. It seemed like a lot of miscommunication across the staff as whole... waiters not knowing the policy around the complimentary breakfast buffet for Hilton Diamond members... workers not informed that my room actually existed, etc. I still have to make sure that I wasn't billed for $70+ USD for breakfast! Service was extremely slow with everything. As a Hilton Diamond member, I did NOT feel as if I had a Diamond member experience (I mean, my room was all the way at the back of the property next to construction and near run down cottages). Also there weren't many activities to do at the resort either. My stay wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay here again. My room was right next to construction that was taking place. Several times when I was asked for my room number so that things could be charged to my room, the employees had never heard of my room number before and that that I may have been wrong. I had a remote to control my in-unit AC/ fan that barely worked and the battery cover was taped up because there was no actual cover. I felt like there wasn't a lot to do on the resort, so a golf cart was needed to leave and explore other things. The private beach was okay, I enjoyed the boat ride to and from the beach... but it wasn't as nice as the pictures made it look.

This was our 3rd stay at Mahogany Bay and it keeps getting better! The Beach Club and The Poolhouse are fantastic with great island vibes! Shoutout to employees Miguel C Sr and Jr, Alex at the Beachclub for being so friendly and personable! They made our stay so much more memorable! We were disappointed that the bicycles are gone as we loved biking the beach road each morning. But all in all, our visit was a 10 and we’ll definitely be back for our 4th visit!

I recently stayed at Mahogany Bay and have stayed here multiple times in the past. Some of the rooms need TLC but the room we stayed in this time was well maintained with no issues. The bigger concern is the staff (pay attention Ops Mgr) and their lack of professionalism. First, we were booked in the wrong accommodation even after emailing a month ahead to ensure and being told that it would be take care of... More concerning are the off hand comments by one of the staff members who said something about my wife which I won't repeat here. After checking out, we stayed at Alaia and a far more elevated experience. I would love to see Mahogany compete but they seem to be content with providing a sub par experience and not addressing issues when guests bring them up. Who is running this place?

Friendly service and fabulous drinks!
Catherine at the rum and bean is the best! She prepared the best coffees and teas for my group during our stay! My favorite drink was the Belizian ginger tea.

Catherine at Rum and bean was very nice every morning for my AM coffee run! The resort is nice and conveniently located. The beach club has the best food and service.
