The rooms A/C didn’t work well. We had two towels with no extras. Too many hidden fees and costs. Our safe box was broken and they never fixed or replaced it so we couldn’t store cash or our passport. The cabana they advertise is not insight. It’s 15 mins away. And if you don’t get a reservation for a boat ride, others will beat you to the site. Extremely disappointing Honestly- this place is alright! They did nothing wrong but when you spend all this money you need peace and comfort. I didn’t feel that here

Food, beach, pool, rooms are awesome- but I go back for the people. They are more than just a staff! They’re family!
Back for a second time!! It’s just as wonderful as I remember - top notch service, great food and drinks, private beach, spacious pool, comfy bed… I love this home away from home! And to my MB fam: It was wonderful to see Sephanie my BFF was still there, and I appreciated her welcoming and always accommodating attitude. Trish was my twinner and always genuinely glad to see me and ask if I needed anything. Thank you, Emil, for your patience and kindness- you’ll be missed! I really enjoyed conversations with Jessica and her willingness to explain life on the island and the education system. Sam- thanks for not laughing at us too much and keeping a straight face most of the time while we gossiped at the bar:) Alan, you’re my hero! He rescued me when I slipped in the mud, stopped to give rides, and was an expert in brightening my day. Catherine made great drinks and we really connected with and appreciated how real she was with us. Gilmer made us laugh, was always the attentive poolside server, and made me truly feel like a queen. Shout out to boat guys for not letting me fall in when I wanted to dance. When I’m here, I feel like I can be unapologetically me, and that the staff genuinely cares about connecting, serving, and making my vacation worthwhile. No sound proof no good sleep
We came here for a family vacation with two kids. We booked a room with 2 beds for family of 4. We had to change room immediately because the building structure is all wooden and no sound proof. We can hear walking and talking from upstairs and vice versa. We don't need much but even a good night sleep is impossible here. Also the fridge broke and leaked water everywhere, and the lagoon smells like rotten eggs around this time.
