Our trip to Majestic Colonial was nothing short of amazing. Everyone on the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Everyone from the front desk, to room service, to restaurant staff greats you with a smile. They had the best entertainment team! We played bingo and watched shows nightly. And the beach was beautiful! Shallow and clear! We came as a family and we will be back!

Great time
We had a great time! Beautiful beach. The Gourmet Restaurant was excellent, both the food and the staff. Bravo. Edwin the Butler made us feel at home and was always available to help us. Thank you Edwin. Marino at the Piano Bar was fantastic. We had a very special time on the resort because of his excellent service. Bravo Marino!

BEST honeymoon ever!
We had the BEST time at the Majestic Colonial! The beach bartenders, Fernando and Luyisa were fun, friendly, and made great drinks. We had the BEST butler, Willnier, and absolutely loved Jean Carlos, Oscar, and Elianny on staff as well. Everyone really does treat you like family there and we were extremely sad to leave.

Great Experience
My husband and I stayed on the Club side. This was a repeat visit for us to Majestic Colonial Punta Cana. Our experience both times was great and beyond our expectations. Henry, our butler for both visits, was most helpful and anticipated our needs. He would meet with us out on the beach or pool just to check on us each day. The resort also has an online chat, Wave, through which Henry and I could communicate. Being on the Club side, we were able to enjoy the restaurant Le Gourmet for breakfast and lunch without reservations. El Pido, the manager, met us each time with a smile. He was very gracious and made us feel very welcome. Leandro and Minerva, bartender and server at pool side bar, were awesome. They made our visits to the pool so fun and entertaining. Overall, our experience both times at Majestic Colonial were great. I would not have any reservations on recommending this resort.
