  Awesome experience at the maiestic elegance in costa mujeres

  We have been visiting the cancun / maya riviera area for more than 30 years. For our anniversary this year we decided on the majestic elegance costa mujeres and we enjoyed every moment. We booked the ‘club’ room which included our butler Enrique - who checked our room, provided aroma enhancement to our room each day, and was proactive by providing us each day’s activities and services. The restaurants were amazing, the restaurant director Sasha has assembled a team that will not disappoint you, each meal was incredible. All restaurants we explored were wonderful - steakhouse, Japanese, Italian, seafood, and Mexican were very good, food was great and the service was spectacular. The lower lobby bar was a surprise with the expert mixology of Kevin - he prepares awesome cocktails with incredible skill and experience. The supervisor of bar services - Osmand has assembled a team of positive, team oriented staff - it shows in the great service at all the bars. Pool side services were wonderful - we were served promptly with happy staff. We cannot think of any problems- they were addressed immediately to our satisfaction without any issues or need for follow up. All in all a super happy vacation experience we hope others will enjoy. Would recommend you consider this resort for your vacation plans, either a couple or family, they will not disappoint you. Great value for the quality and service provided.

  Family vacation

  This was our second stay and we can’t wait to return for our third. The kids club staff were amazing with the kids, always having arts and crafts and activities out by the pool which was super convenient for families! They were all so kind and patient with the kids. The guest services staff were also super accommodating and kind and made sure our stay was perfect! Bar tender Erik at piano bar made his speciality drinks that were amazing, highly recommend!!

  Great for families

  This was our first resort trip with our one-year-old. My wife and I go to all-inclusive resorts every year, but this was our first time traveling with our daughter. The experience was great. The resort was very family friendly, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and the playroom was clutch. I can’t wait to come back again with my daughter.

  4-5ish Resort

  Spent a week here mid-December. Had a nice ocean-front room. Quick check-in, like the bracelets and how they're used as room keys. Good beach area; the resort is set back a ways from it. Beautiful hotel, with an interesting pool layout that doesn't really look out at the ocean. We prefer the beach anyway, so not an issue for us, just worth mentioning. Beach service is intermittent. No beach food service, which is disappointing. Enjoyed the meals for the first half of the trip and then felt like we had the same options over and over. I enjoyed the Mexican restaurant the most, however, they have a ridiculous flip-flop policy, unless they're leather, apparently. The hostess gives you a smug once over when it's your turn to be seated. One night I wore flipflops, the next I was sent to change. A guest behind me also had flip-flops on but was allowed in because of the material. This ruined my night. Enjoyed the Michael Jackson, Queen and Mexican nights. I generally like to try different resorts and my preference just because of the location is the hotel zone. Overall a good trip.

  Service beyond expectations!

  Cauich was our waterside server at Majestic. What an amazing week we have had with this wonderful man. Truly a servant heart!
