  Second visit- better than the first and the first was great!!

  My husband and I just returned from 10 days at Majestic. The first part of our trip was with a larger group for a friend's 40th birthday party and then we extended our stay to have a private vacation for the last 4 days. This was our second visit to the resort with our first stay being in 2022. Let's start with the food! The food was absolutely the best food we have had at any resort visit and we have been doing AI for 15 years. Each restaurant had something that we both really enjoyed. It was noticeably different and upgraded from our 2022 visit. The walk in sushi at Kabuki is excellent and we went there multiple times as an appetizer before our main meal at a different restaurant. Truly, each restaurant was wonderful. My husband and I had a roof top plunge pool room - room 4408. We had a view of the ocean and some of the resort. The view alone was worth the upgrade for me, but the plunge pool was a plus. We did not use it as much as we wanted to but we enjoyed it overall. We typically book swim out rooms when we travel and did have one the last time we were here so we wanted to try something different. We both agreed that it could be a conversation next time for what room to book. We enjoy them both for different reasons. The pool situation here is unique, but you will really find a pool for whatever vibe you are looking for. You can find a fun pool with activities or a quiet pool where you might be the only ones there. All with service and swim up bars. No complaints from us! Here are our special shout outs for excellent employees that made our stay SO memorable!! Jose - our butler! We don't really need butler service for anything but he was so much fun to chat with and really made sure we had anything we needed (which was not much). Carlos - bartender at the beach bar! Very kind and attentive. Eiden - bartender/barista at the Piano Bar. He remembered my coffee order each morning (ice coffee with baileys). I miss it already!! Charley - waiter at the Steakhouse. Had so much fun with our group! Martin - waiter at the adult infinity pool. He was attentive and made sure we were all having a great time. Very kind! Silvia - activity host at the adult infinity pool. We only spent one day here but we wish we would have spent more time because Silvia was so fun!! Thank you to all of the Majestic staff. You work so hard- from gardening to room service to the front desk staff and everyone above and in between. You are appreciated. We will be back again :)

  Tacos and quesadillas

  Chef Guadalupe and Freddy I got food from these guys the first night I was here and after the week was over it was our groups undoubtably favorite meal. Not just that the customer service was awesome with kind smiles and loud welcomes making me wanting to come back. Amazing experience thanks u best tacos ever

  Great Experience

  My time at the resort has been great! The staff is very friendly and able to answer any questions! The entertainment staff, Dani in particular hosts games at the pool and gets everyone involved and having a great time ! They also have nighttime shows that are fun to watch! Yeudiel and Jorman have provided great service as our butlers and give us all the information on activities happening around the resort each day.
