  Girls trip in Jan 2026

  My friend and I spent the last week of January at Majestic elegance and it was an amazing trip. We booked through Jetblue vacations and had MTS for transfers and it went well. Private transfers both ways through Jetblue. This resort is about 45 minutes away from the airport. It’s also pretty far from any excursions, so if you wanted to do lots of excursions this isn’t a great place for it! We stayed on the resort the whole time! We booked a room on the elegance club side with the jacuzzi and day bed. View from the room is below! Room itself was clean, modern, and housekeeping was excellent every day. We tried every restaurant on the resort except for the Seafood restaurant. Our favorite was definitely the French bistro followed by Italian. Server Sandoval at the French bistro is amazing! I have a food allergy to dairy that makes it hard to eat out and this was a large reason I chose this place. Every single time you enter a restaurant here they ask about food allergies. If you say yes an allergy concierge will meet with you. I had the pleasure of working with Joy for a few nights and she was amazing. Every night the food was delicious and I never went hungry or got sick. At the breakfast buffet Alvarado would make me a special dairy-free crepe every morning. They go above and beyond here for allergies. The food here was very good overall. We had a few misses but generally good with lots of options. Drinks were a bit more hit or miss at certain bars. The ocean was seaweed free and beautiful. There was plenty of day beds available every day by the pool and ocean as well. No problems with finding seating every day. Pool layout was a bit strange and the pools were very cool. I would have preferred them to have been heated! Entertainment and activities was so fun at this resort! Pao led us in beachside yoga every morning which was so fun. Silvia is so friendly by the lively pool with activities and games for everyone. Jesus and Mana kept the energy high as well and even were helping teach us Spanish and how to dance!! All of the entertainment staff remembered our names and made the experience so much better! Don’t miss the silent disco, foam party or the fire show!! As we were on the elegance side we had a butler Alejandro. He was exceptional the entire week. Booking us for the spa, for dinners, sending us fruit and juice for the mornings. He went above and beyond to check in on us the whole time and ensure we were having a great trip. The hydrotherapy at the spa is so much fun and I highly recommend it. We also did beachside massages which were very relaxing! Lastly, we had nobody trying to upsell us anything or promote time shares. At the last resort I stayed at in Mexico this was a turn-off for me. Overall this trip was fantastic and we would 100% stay here again.

  Anniversary experience!

  My experience was amazing, Ricardo was an absolute delight!!! We can’t wait to come back! We loved everything!!!!!!! Food was great and drinks hit hard! Will definitely return!

  We would like to give special recognition to Elvis, who works at the Flavors buffet restaurant at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. His service was absolutely outstanding and truly made our dining experience memorable. Elvis is incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He always greeted us with a warm smile, remembered our preferences, and made sure everything was perfect every single time. You can clearly see that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the guests. In a busy buffet environment, it’s rare to find someone who provides such personal, thoughtful, and consistent service. Elvis went above and beyond, and his positive attitude and energy made a big difference in our stay. Thank you, Elvis, for your exceptional service! You are a real asset to the Flavors team. We truly hope management recognizes what an amazing job you do. Highly recommended!

  Nothing but good things to say about this resort. Clean, amazing service, spectacular layout, upgraded us to better room, Butler service outstanding, entertainment was better than any resort we’ve been to… Great job.
