We stayed here last year and met Cauich who is a beach server. He treated us as his family and we quickly became friends . We came back again this year and immediately found him doing what he does best ! His warm smile and over the top customer service is a delight . He goes out of his way to take care of you and everyone around him . Majestic is lucky to have such a dedicated and caring employee . Looking forward to coming back year after year and see our dear friend Cauich

Cauich provides over the top service
We first met Cauich as a beach server last year and quickly became friends … you will now find him at the pool serving drinks with his huge smile and friendly personality … He is a great asset to the Majestic organization and deserves recognition

The life and new relationship
My experience in this resort was amazing i spet time with the entertainment team especially Ricardo, he is the best, we loved the fire show, the white party is the best, i will definitely come back. The food and the drinks were great

Family vacation
Jesus was awesome with his pool activities and his personality, such an awesome person! Our stay was so much fun, we had a great time; we do wish we had a little more sun though… Majestic elegance has been an amazing resort!
