Can’t say enough good things about this place! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, liquor selection is on point, Club lounges are spot on with everything you would need for a quick grab and go. Food has been consistently decent no matter where you go. The staff themselves are a shining point, from Valentine, Johnson, Courich, Samuel, & Bo Derek at pool bars providing excellent service and a genuine humble personalities, such great people! Our butler Andreas is a rockstar and on Point with everything with a great professional attitude. Don’t see many people tipping the staff which is disappointing, these people here go above and beyond with their services in every aspect. We were provided a spotless room with a great location which really put this experience to the next level! 2nd visit to this location and 8th visit to a Majestic property, and will continue to show our loyalty because of all the great hospitality and will continue to utilize this brand in future travels.

Burrito carne asada
Mc jestic Guadalupe made the best burrito and service was great. Definitely recommend tacos nachos Tex mex food is really good best burger Thanks u amigos majestic 2026

Great Hotel & Staff
We just got back from our fabulous 1 week vacation at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and I honestly can't say enough about this resort and the people that work there. The hotel was very nice and clean. We had a rooftop pool unit that did not disappoint. The beach was beautiful with soft white sand and lots of chairs on the beach so you can always get one. The servers on the beach did a great job too and should be mentioned, they are Omar, Kevin and Hector & Bo-Derek. We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinner at the Italian restaurant II Botaccio and Saul was such an amazing server and looked after all our needs. I can't say enough good things about him ! We also ate at Mexican restaurant Mariachi Loco where we met and were served by Tomas the first night who did not stop until we were totally taken care of . We enjoyed there so much we went again and were served by Alfredo and Miguel and they were really fun and also did an amazing job making sure we were totally happy and had a great time. We did enjoy the 2 buffets and the staff also did a great job too. You have to go to Victor's pool bar, it was always a great time and Victor is an amazing bartender and person. We are so glad we met him. Now to the coffee bar with Alvaro and Rodrigo, these 2 guys can make any coffee or alcohol drink you can think of. Thank you guys for your service and drinks !! These 2 guys are exceptional I must say.. My last shout out is to Mario who plays the piano at the coffee bar. Ask him to play Hotel California you won't be disappointed ! We will definitely back again that is for sure !!

Birthday trip
Johnson and Valentin were amazing at the infinity pool. Their service was top tier and they were efficient and precise. I would give them a 10 out of 10. The best bartenders on the resort.
