We loved our week here. The resort is beautiful, rooms are large and comfortable, tons of swimming pools and a beautiful sandy beach. We were in the 400 block and our room overlooked the pool area. Got noisy at night, mostly due to the wedding celebrations that went on until 11 pm. The star staff was Victor at the Soothe Bar. Amazing bartender and super friendly. Staff really looked after the guests. Food at the buffets was very good, however the temperature of the prepared dishes were not hot. Dessert selections were just okay. As a smoker, I found the shortage of areas where smoking was permitted problematic, especially the one behind the medical clinic...water sprinklers were on and wet all the seating. Really enjoyed the Mexican and French restaurants.

Ricardo’s AMAZING!! Always high energy so welcoming, and nice and the sweetest person we met. Always talked with us and answered any questions we had. Overall made our experience the BEST, he is the BEST!!

Amazing resort
We loved Serch our butler and all the fun games at the pool, especially Dani and the boys doing the games. We loved the Italian restaurant the most!!
