We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Elegance for 2 weeks! Our swim out suite was amazing and very spacious. Victor was the best server at the adult pool! He worked so hard at serving everyone and would surprise you with a new cocktail to try. Our favourite restaurant was Mar house for lunch and dinner. Steak house was also very good with Raoul providing great service. Overall we enjoyed most of the restaurants. Our butler Enrique did a great job! Anything we needed or asked for he quickly responded. Kept us well informed. We would highly recommend this resort and would go back.

Went to two different restaurants at the resort and bought two bottles of wine. We were misinformed about the exchange rate by two different waiters. Finding out that we had to pay three times the rate we were told.. absolutely no one would do anything about it as they made it seem like we were in the wrong.. like to take your money and didn’t do anything to resolve or even compromise.

Honeymoon!
The best thing I have ever seen in majestic. The wrestling show was another level nacho Libre, Mexican night was the best. The entertainment team was fun and amazing especially shoutout to Ricardo and his team!!!

Go to the Soothe pool bar!
Visit Victor at the Soothe bar. He makes great drinks, and great conversation. He’s super friendly. It’s the pool bar by the towels halfway up building 4.

Ricardo
Very good resort. Ricardo was very funny and a good guy. I enjoyed the wrestling. Good music. Nice beach. and lots of drinks and good food.
