We had an amazing time at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and the adult side of the resort was great. We want to give a shoutout to Jose and Damian our pool butlers, our room butler Chris and to Jaime R and his entertainment crew. You guys made our week memorable. Muchas gracias!

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and the staff were excellent—attentive and welcoming. Breakfast at the Italian spot was good, and Guadalupe’s food was the highlight—his quesadillas are a must! The pools were nice, but the nightlife was disappointing. The “club” felt more like a sports bar with kids around, no real dance vibe, and the music was outdated with little variety. They really need a proper DJ with up-to-date playlists across genres. Overall, service was outstanding, but the food variety and nightlife weren’t for me.

Great place to have fun
Amazing experience. DJ Bombastic Eduardo, Ricardo and Silvia have us an amazing White Party. We loved it, and the hotel is amazing too.
