    Rested away again in Margaritaville

    Lakeisha was incredible - took great care of my family. Greeted us as we arrived, found us a prime spot on the beach and made sure we never wanted for anything

    Disappointing Service and Poor Room Support

    Upon arrival today , the front desk staff immediately tried to upsell us to a suite, which we declined, as we were already booked in a beachfront room and were good with it. Our room had two double beds. We requested a rollaway bed so our 12-year-old daughter could sleep comfortably during our 4-night stay. We were told this was not possible. The staff also refused to move us to another room that could accommodate a rollaway bed, which was frustrating and unaccommodating. Additionally, the room did not have a hair dryer—something I have never experienced before at any hotel. My husband called the front desk twice with no answer and eventually had to go down to the lobby in person to request one. Even then, over an hour later, no hair dryer was delivered. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, and flexibility significantly impacted our stay. This hotel has a great location, but the service and guest support fell well below expectations.

    Very loving staff

    We had a great experience at the hotel, as always, the amenities are great, and even the weather got just magically beautiful. Wanted to say a special thank you too Seleine Basden, our server at the restaurant, she was very attentive and helpful and always with a beautiful smile, it’s so great when the staff around behave that way, making your stay more pleasant.

    Christmas vacation

    Lakeisah was absolutely amazing!! We will definitely be back if she’s here to take care of us! This was by far the best Christmas vacation ever!
