Nov 19, 2025Wonderful hotel the most incredible staff we've ever encountered +
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin. We had a room issue at the beginning of our stay which left us a bit disappointed. However, the staff at this hotel - particularly DeAvian & Tammy once they were made aware - promptly switched us AND sent a free treat as an apology. The staff as a whole were one of the things that made this Resort so special. Cecelia gave us advice on where and when to visit beautiful places on the island as well as other staff members whose names I didn't get. Petra gave me one of the most incredible massages I've had in a long time at the onsite Heavenly Spa, plus gave a lot of attention to a sciatic nerve issue I've had for quite some time and I feel amazing! The views were so incredible, the rooms so comfy, clean, and spacious, the hotel itself was beautiful inside and out. The only downside being the roads leading up to the hotel could use some repair. As a caution to other travelers the food and drinks (even a non alcohilic cocktail was the same price as one with alcohol) were pretty costly and even asking for a little extra of something at Buoy Hous or any Westin restaurant will have you paying more than you'd expect. Just be prepared when budgeting. However, this did not dampen our experience at all. We would definitely recommend and come back again to stay at this beautiful resort!

Great time, great service
Had a great time. One our waitresses, Nicole, was outstanding! She was so nice and friendly and gave great suggestions for things to do and see. Overall a great experience.

Welcoming service
Cecilia at Shorebird restaurant was wonderfully welcoming and kind at breakfast. She gave us local recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and things to do.

Absolute Paradise!
St. Thomas is so much more than I imagined! Let me begin by saying St. Thomas is absolute paradise and the staff made sure everything was perfect from beginning to end. I want to thank Frenchman’s Reef and RED Hospitality for their overwhelming hospitality and their ability to go over and beyond. Thank you to Martin, Nadine, Maria, Nathaly, Marcel, Future, and Je’Raya for all making my time at the Westin and Buoy Haus one to remember. A special shout out Petra from Heavenly Spa by Westin for being the best massage therapist on the planet and sharing your gift and wisdom with me. I left with tips that have boosted my overall well-being and had me feel like a million dollars, after taxes. Lol. Last but definitely not least, a very special thank you to Atherly “AJ” Gordon the Destination Services Executive. From the moment I arrived in St. Thomas to the moment I departed, he made sure every moment of my time there were moments of ease and joy. He truly went over and beyond to make sure excursions, meals, transportation, and my overall trip was perfect. He made me truly feel like family. He is 1 of 1. This team is undefeated! I can’t give them enough praise for a job well done. When you come to St. Thomas, COME HERE! You can take advantage of world-class accommodation, cuisine, and excursions that will make your trip one to remember. I will be back for certain!
