Beautiful resort! We stayed on the lowest floor of the Seacliff tower and had a spectacular view! The balcony opened to a grassy area where Iguanas sunned themselves! The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The Infiniti pool had a swim up bar and the best view of the sunset. There were several restaurants to pick from. We went to Sugarfin restaurant several times during our stay. The sushi was delicious! The service was five star for sure. Our waitress, Sameca Hendrickson was so professional and friendly. She gave us some great info and recommendations for things to do on the island. One evening we dined at a table closest to the beach and a giant sea turtle crawled out of the ocean! We were so impressed that we’re planning to stay here again next December.

Christmas/New Years Family Vacation
We spent 7 nights at The Westin during Christmas/New Years and enjoyed every minute of our trip. Our room (garden view) was spacious, well appointed and clean. We did encounter housekeeping skipping cleaning our room but notified housekeeping and it was cleaned immediately. We spent the majority of our time at the beach each day. All employees we encountered - from bell hops to the front desk and servers - were friendly and helpful. Beach server Jesse was fantastic and took care of us each day. We fully expected full resort given the time of year but never had any real issues finding chairs at the beach or pool. Breakfast choices limited unless you ate at the buffet. We did not rent a car and found it easy to use taxis to/from dinner best option for our family. Highly recommend this resort and hope to return someday soon!

Great family friendly resort.
The resort is nice and clean the service is fantastic! Cecilia provided great service at breakfast. The food is very adult & kid friendly.

Westin St. Thomas - Great Experience
Incredible views, clean room, great staff! Food was excellent. Kid friendly. Cecilia was our server on multiple occasions. She was AMAZING!

Jan 01, 2026Don't waste your time money or precious family vacation time.
We paid a fortune for a very disappointing stay at the Westin in St Thomas. The hotel sells day passes to the public and as a result we were not able to get seats at the pool unless we got up at 630 am to "save them." The hotel charges a $75 daily resort fee but yet you can't get a chair at the pool? There is only one family pool and 2 adult pools. The Beach is tiny and crowded. Our hall way smelled like curry and BO for the entire stay which we reported several times and it did not improve. The service was very spotty and they did not have enough staff to adequately provide service expected of a Westin.
