    ASK FOR A REFUND

    DO NOT GO! THIS PLACE IS LIVING HELL. I brought my wife and son and it was horrible. My son was bored the whole time and we should have stayed home. Not only is there nothing to do but the service is horrible. If you are planning on going just cancel your trip

    TERRIBLE SERVICE AT SHOREBIRD

    Our breakfast at Shorebird was one of the worst experiences we had inform our server Cecilia that my husband is allergic to pork our omelets were still made with pork Our order was taken incorrectly twice and the omelet had to be remade Cecilia told her manager Nataky but Nataky never came to our table instead she acted like she was making drinks behind the bar when clearly the restaurant only had 4 couples in there at the moment Nataky could have least come to the table and apologize or offer a discount at least but overall horrible service from both the server Celicia and manager Nataky

    Experience at Shorebird

    Our experience at Shorebird for brunch was disappointing. We experienced a 30 minute wait due to insufficient staffing on the floor and a rude manager Nattaky which appeared to result in staff feeling tired and exhausted. The staff was notably slow in turning tables which impacted the overall experience our best experience was at the Saturday night prime buffet, where the staff was friendly and appeared genuinely happy to work, indicating a positive management environment, to the team at Shorebird at night you are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Left the Heavenly Spa feeling relaxed

    Spa services were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Left feeling incredibly relaxed and comfortable.. the massage therapists listened to my needs and I even loved the engraved stone placement in steam at the beginning to signify surrounding yourself with a message. I cannot say enough good things about my experience!
