The property itself is beautiful, with stunning scenery, but unfortunately our overall experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the first room we were sent to was not correct. The second room was not the ocean view we paid for, and the third room didn’t have working air conditioning—only a floor fan—and had a strong smell of mold. We were finally placed in a fourth room, but even then, the issues continued. The shower knob was loose and falling off, and the mounted shampoo and conditioner bottles constantly fell from the wall. The rooms we saw did not reflect the updated showers and features shown online. The pools were also in poor condition. The infinity pool had mold along the wall, and all of the white chairs in the pool had visible scum on them, which made it unappealing to use. What made the situation worse was that throughout all of these mix-ups, not once did anyone at the resort offer an apology. The service overall was not great. When we went to the Salt Shack, the hostesses even suggested we go somewhere else because service was slow and the new menu wasn’t good. Waiting over 15 minutes for the valet to bring our car was another frustration. For a Westin property, the lack of customer service, poor maintenance, and overall cleanliness were very disappointing. The scenery is beautiful, but the experience did not come close to the standard we expected.

Frank, the General Manager provided exceptional service! Thank you so much for paying attention to detail during my check out! Keiyra at the front desk welcome me with a smile and was quick to accommodate. Stop at the Luna Mar restaurant and ask for Xavier, his smile is contagious and he'll specialize your drinks. Thank you Xavier for having my glass of wine ready after a long day at work✝️

I didn't know what I wanted so I told the bartender something tropical with Rum. She came back with the "Rum Reese" and I kept coming back for more. Great spot and great service.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I visited the Westin St. Thomas this week with my husband and teenage daughter to celebrate my 50th. The staff was warm, wonderful and the amenities and shared beach were outstanding! Reese at the Edge pool bar was a wealth of island knowledge and tips. Her kindness and passion for her guests experience was such bright spot on our trip (she also makes a cocktail not to be missed, ask for "the Reese"). Many thanks, we will for sure be back again!

Amazing
The receptionist, Sidonne was amazing and she was very helpful with me. She was very accommodating upon our arrival. She went out of her way and she didn’t have to, made sure we were happy for this birthday trip!
