Nice beach and surf. Impressive surroundings. Good amenities. Kudos and thanks to Shanique for being so friendly, professional, and accommodating. She represents the hotel and The Westin overall very well! Customer service that deserves a raise and a promotion.

Great resort
We stayed six nights at the Westin. Im going to list pros and cons: - great restaurant options on property love Shorebird for breakfast Cecilia was amazing as our server - love the sushi bar great drinks and great sushi Darius is the man over there - love the private beach although bouy house restaurant has absolute terrible service and that’s the shared restaurant between the two hotels - 3 pools to choose from although Melinda at the swim up bar got over on me with a $30 skinny margarita (8 oz) that was terrible. She should’ve warned me before charging me that much for one drink in a plastic cup. Especially since that’s not what I wanted and she recommended that drink because I was about to walk upstairs and go get it from the Mediterranean restaurant. - the pillows are terrible. They are hard as a rock and for whatever reason they are not goose down, which is very typical for Weston so if your stomach sleeper, I would pack your own pillow. - all in all staff are hit and miss there are some that are excellent and attentive and there are some that suck for example, at the swim bar, I was sitting there for about five minutes listening to melinda talk to another bartender before she even came and asked me for my drink, same thing with housekeeping every day we were here. I had to call the front desk because I ran out of shampoo. One day ran out of conditioner another day ran out of body wash another day and every day they only left us towels for three people, even though there were four staying in the room. The best part of this resort is that it’s very new. It was rebuilt two years ago from the hurricane it’s great for families. The rooms are nice. The location is gorgeous. The only reason I didn’t give it. Five stars was because again it’s very inconsistent with staff.

We just got back from celebrating our 40 th anniversary. We haven’t been back since the hurricanes ruined the Marriott which then was rebuilt as Westin. Everyone and everything was wonderful. To the lovely woman who checked us in , sent champagne to our room which was a nice touch and in general, the staff are so different than years ago. Everyone was great, the place is fabulous, the beach is wonderful , every concern or question I had was answered immediately and just need to give kudos to the people who deserved it. It’s a wonderful place to stay, the views are outstanding and the pools are wonderful. We had a wonderful time and do hope to return .

Nicole at Luna Mar is the Best!
Nicole at Luna Mar was an exceptional waitress! Kind, thoughtful, engaging she treated my mom so well as we were here to celebrate her 75th birthday. The hotel is lovely but needs a little tlc with cleaning the rooms as it was hit or miss for me.

Cecilia at Shorebird
Shout out to, Cecilia at Shorebird! She went above and beyond at breakfast to make the experience exceptional! Very attentive and had a great attitude. She greeted us with a huge smile and made the entire breakfast a lovely time. Great view and buffet!
