Great time in Jibacoa with my second family in my second home. Lovely time and we will return. The food was awesome and the team was the best as usual.

SUPERB
We spent a few wonderful days at Memories JIbacoa. Everything is incredibly organized regarding service. No detail was missed from arrival to departure. Being a Premium Class member is an added benefit, and it was evident during this stay. We happened to be at a Premium Class event, where the activities were fantastic and very well organized and coordinated. I would highlight the excellent service from Kiki, as well as our concierge, David. A hotel I would recommend and, without a doubt, return to.

My favourite place to go in the world
I was here in May and this was my third time at this hotel and my fourth time in Cuba. I absolutely love this place. We always make friends here and this May we bumped into people we had made friends with the last time we were there in 2024. There are a lot of repeat visitors. This place has a fantastic vibe and the staff are amazing. Come back a second time and they treat you like old friends. The food is probably the best in Cuba. There are some shortages now and then but this is Cuba and not the fault of the hotel and you can always find an alternative if something isn't available. The location is stunningly beautiful and the sea and beach are gorgeous. Lovely coral reef and so many fish to see if you go snorkeling. This hotel is also only an hour from Havana and it is very easy to arrange a trip in a classic American car which is well worth doing. There is a tennis court and yoga by the beach every morning. There is also a spa. This hotel has got everything. The most relaxing place I have ever been, but with plenty of opportunities to explore the Cuban culture, have adventures and make friends. At the moment there aren't direct flights from the UK, but don't be put off - it's so absolutely worth it. There is still so much we want to do and see here... so... We have just booked to go again for a fourth time!
