Escogimos la instalación para disfrutar de unas vacaciones increíbles en familia y la verdad que nos vamos muy felices con todo lo que vivimos y experimentamos por primera vez aquí. Muy buena estancia muy buena limpieza organización y un servicio gastronómico que se distingue al resto de los hoteles que hemos visitado. Todo estuvo acorde muchísima limpieza en nuestra habitación y tuvimos el privilegio estar hospedados en una vista al mar que nos encantó desde la primera vez que abrimos la vuelta al punto regresaremos sin dudas en el futuro.

Luna de Miel y regresamos
Estuvimos hospedados en esta maravillosa instalación con motivo de nuestra luna de miel y la verdad ya nos vamos muy complacidos con todas las atenciones del equipo de atención a clientes y con todas las actividades y la estancia. Muy buen servicio limpieza organización y una excelente instalación a la que seguramente regresaremos en el futuro

Las mejores vacaciones de nuestras vidas en este maravilloso del donde una vez más hemos sido atendidos como mucho más que simples clientes. Desde la misma llegada nos atendió el equipo de recepción con mucha profesionalidad y el check-in fue muy rápido. Estuvimos en una lindísima habitación con vista al mar y el resto de las vacaciones fue simplemente descansar y disfrutar de los placeres de la vida. Muy buen programa de animación tanto diurno como nocturno y la verdad que nos vamos de la instalación sin quejas punto muy buena gastronomía y servicios en general

12th time and not our last
What can we say about this place that we haven't already said. We were there at the end of March and had an amazing time. The food once again was amazing and hats off to Chef Antonio and his team. Always something new at this place, renovating to make things better and new furniture for our comfort. It's always nice to see Yendri, Marcos and Brian from entertainment staff. We did the mountain walk with Marcos and stopped at a farm and had the most amazing fresh watermelon. We would like to thank the staff at the bars, Ingrid, Senia, Oralys, Rosemary, Yoel, Yeniol, Danny, Jelkis, Yenis and Lissiett (Lacy), Lester and Yasmin. At the gourmet restaurant, Ariel, Lupe, Mailyn, Carlo and of course Juan Miguel. At the Italian Yenis, Pilap and Maria. I don't think I have enough room to mention the people at the buffet, but will give it a try. Our usual suspects Roger, Belkis, Meli, Riley, Osley, Janet, Maria, Neida and Yisel. Our great cooks Nelson and Dickson the kings of omelets and eggs. Last but not least the super team of father and son, Kiki and Daniel. See you in December. Thank you Eric for all the beautiful decorations for the entertainment team. Special thanks to Mirena our Sunwing rep, what a great job she does. Sorry I almost forgot Isaymi at the buffet.
