I rate them 5 out of 5 the people were so kind and friendly. The food and drinks were amazing. The place is clean and the kids had a great time. They have activities for all ages. I highly recommended.

Fantastic stay at Melia Casa Maya
Melia casa maya was a perfect destination for a getaway before school started. After reading all the negative reviews we were a little nervous but let me tell you it was far from the truth. The whole hotel is beautiful. Steps away from the white beach. Everyone took care of us and went the extra. Even when there no vegetarian options the staff were more than accommodating to satisfy our hunger especially Oscar who always greeted us with a smile and friendly face morning afternoon and night. The kids club was fantastic with an endless activites for young and old lead led by Joseline. Night entertainment was amazing with something different everyday. Rooms were big with lots of space to just chill. All in all such a great holiday and would definitely recommend it to all wishing to visit Mexico.

Amazing time and service
We were consistently impressed by the exceptionally friendly and helpful service from the Oscar, who always had a warm smile and went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. His positive attitude and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience at the hotel.

It's a much improved hotel from what it used to be. Great beach, But unfortunately the hotel constantly blasts annoying music all day in the pool and beach area. Not a place to come and relax. A complete disregard to the beautiful natural surrounding.
