This is an absolutely wonderful all inclusive for the price. I was amazed at the value. The hotel has just been renovated and it’s got a very pretty beach chic vibe. We really enjoyed the food and the service was fantastic. Everyone was smiling and happy to help. They have a cute little waterpark for the kids. It’s definitely worth it to upgrade to The Level. I peaked into one of the Level Suites with Kids and they had the cutest little Teepee in the room and an assortment of toys and books. I wished my kids were with me, kinda😂. The Spa is small, but the treatments are incredible. The beach and pools were beautiful. It was a quick trip from the airport, so it’s really a great place for a relaxing long weekend.

Amazing Vacation Experience
We had an amazing experience every staff member was amazing great customer service in all areas. We received excellent customer service from Oscar, Martin, Armando, Natanael, Lily y Nelson.

Hotel stay
Hotel was clean, modern, beach is beautiful, and staff was great. Dining is a little limited but otherwise a great stay.

8 nigths family vacation (adults)
I like this hotel. We got free updates to 2 spacious suites with big bedroom, living room and kitchen. The beach was great, very swimmable area, clean water early morning. I liked food in buffet and all 3 restaurants ( I really don't know what people who didn't like food eat normally?). My only regrets - lack of mangos and lack of free non-motorized activities as catamaran and kayak which we usually used in all other hotels.

Short break
Great hotel, great staff. Place was always being cleaned, which liked. We upgrade to the Level and was looked after by a great concierge Victor. He booked our restaurants for us and at least a couple times a day would text to see if we needed anything else. Would recommend this resort, small & accessible. Food was great all restaurants and buffet had a great selection.
