    Customer service

    Great customer service from both the server Adriel and chef Luis. Both were very helpful throughout my 2 week stay at the hotel. Definitely will be recommending friends amd family to visit

    Luxurious and stunning environment, food that shocked us with its deliciousness and flavor, and extremely enjoyable service by Thais. Loved it and will be back!

    Great stay in Rio Grande

    The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to make a special mention of the help I got when booking our room. Sylvia in reservation dept. was helpful but specially Rolando,also in reservation, he went out of his way to resolve a situation we had, we were very satisfied and happy with the outcome. The accommodations were great, clean and large room. Over all our stay was great and would return in the future.

    Great Food, and Anthony is amazing!

    Food was fantastic. The fire cracker shrimp and the duck is 10/10 amazing. And our server Anthony, God bless his heart, you can tell he loves his job. He’s so funny, patient friendly. He’s great with people and has the best jokes! Definitely coming back!

    This resort was amazing! From the moment or arrival, I knew this was going to be a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. They explain everything to the T! The views are breathtaking! The service was great! Overall 10/10
