This was my first all inclusive experience as well as my first trip to Mexico. From the moment we arrived everything was fantastic. The entertainment team was our favorite. Enrique, Max, and Joan made all the activities exciting and fun. They were also just genuinely funny and lovely people. Felipe at the lobby bar was so friendly and helpful and we had to visit whenever we saw him. We spent most of our days at the beach or pool. The buffet and restaurant were great. The food always delicious. The place was clean and beautiful and I can’t wait to go back

Great all-inclusive resort
Comfortable, great beach for swimming, very relaxed. Excellent service from the staff. A special thanks to the staff: Veronica, Freddy, Angel, Omar, Nemecio, Edilberto, Jorge, Maximilliano, Sandra and Eva!

Smaller resort with all the bigger resort amenities
This was our fourth time visiting this beautiful resort. We absolutely love it! Each night on the buffet had themed dishes. There was also something for even the picky eaters. Plus they have two other specialties restaurants that require reservations. Highly recommend to Level up. Many made our trip special, Geraldo our concierge was beyond amazing! He made sure we had dinner reservations each night and also kept us informed of the nightly buffet menu and entertainment! He deserves 5 stars alone! Diego took care of us during the day by the pool and Flippe made the best drinks! Adrian was always on point taking care of us! With the resort being smaller, it felt more personable! With most of the staff remembering us it felt like home!

27 year anniversary, love guests and staff
Alfonso concierge! Very knowledgeable about shows, menu, reservations,, room service downtown. Otium tour is lobby, videos show all excursions to 4pm. Ivan at beach snorkel has tours, Felipe selling jewelry on beach is AWESOME, Diego, Felipe, Santos GREAT bartenders and Luis is an original, very nice as well.Jose on omelet station, amazing. Adrian! Lily @ snack very pleasing, Carlos mgmt at activity area was friendly and focused on makimg adults families happy with activities mgmt Arcangel very helpful in finding all options for food outside of buffet as well. Adrian is great in Snack Area and in Fish House. All 3 bars were absolutely perfect. In moderation service. Favorite waiter MIGUEL and NEMECIO. Lots of original staff we love.

lovely time!
I love such a wonderful time, probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to. This is my first time at an all inclusive and it was worth it. I booked the level room. Drinks were good and bar tenders were super friendly. Buffet food was good most nights, restaurants at the hotel were even better. Shoutout to Oscar, Arcangel, Felipe, and more. I loved it!
