Overall this was a very relaxing Vacation for me and my wife, workers and staff extremely GREAT, Alcoholic drinks that are being made at 75% of Resort need to be made better, food was ok, some good some bad, Just one problem we faced when u buy an Excursion, DO NOT BUY ANY ANYTHING OUT OF THE RESORT FROM LITTLE STORES I MEAN ANYTHING, we were doubled charged for things we bought and had to fight to get our money back and it happened to a few people, those people do what they want it u will never know until u see your bank account, so I strongly suggest get your gifts at the Resort, but other then that Great Experience..

Nice all inclusive resort.
Excellent resort for couples or friends even. They have several restaurants that you can dine to in the evening (like you can go to a different place every day for 7 days). Also the breakfast area is quite spacious and there is always delicious food (fruit lovers, you will be in heaven). Honestly, this is a good value for money for those who like going to restaurants everyday and you can organise your trip to Saona island and they come to pick you/drop off at the hotel. My recommendation, do not buy anything from the seller on the beach because they take you to places where people will ask you to buy stuff you don't even need. IG LeSteveDuJour

This was a trip to celebrate our 2nd year anniversary and it was amazing! Juan adbrincoles was a exceptional butler, He made sure our reservations and our anniversary day was perfect! He took very good care of us in every way!

Relaxing Resort in Paradise
We are just leaving Punta Cana after staying at the Melia Adults Only Wellness Resort to celebrate our third anniversary. We did the level stay well option and it was an incredible experience. Overall, we felt the resort was a good value and would be willing to stay again. Special shout out to some phenomenal staff members including our concierge Juan Adbrincoles, and bartenders Alejandro Soriano and Claudia Rodriguez for their top not service. Juan was extremely attentive to our needs and ensured we knew about all the activities going on across the resort, he also handled booking all our dinner and spa reservations. Alejandro and Claudia were fantastic attentive and fast bartenders in the Level building. For future guests, here’s some of our thoughts on the property and some tips for success. Pool: We were always able to find chairs and umbrellas and the pool was gigantic with a swim up bar directly in the middle. There is also a pool exclusive for Level guests that was very nice. Beach: The beach was beautiful, but unfortunately there was a significant amount of seaweed. The hotel did their best to clear it, but this time of year it’s really aggressive. Spa: The spa was great and the massages included in the stay well were fantastic. Food: The food was acceptable and in some cases very good. However, if you are a foodie and food is the center of your trip then this isn’t the resort for you. Rooms: Our room was great and had a balcony overlooking the garden. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Nothing special about the room, but we also barely spent anytime in it. Golf: I golfed. The Hibiscus 9 holes was closed, but still played 18. Decent value for a resort course. Overall, a great relaxing low key resort.
