Apr 30, 2025Meliá - An Excellent All-Inclusieve Vacation Experience
Meliá was recommended by our daughter who is a PT and relayed her experience here with the lifestyle fitness and food options, that this resort offered, if you decide to partake in. Our group of 3 couples arrived for our 8 day stay and were immediately impressed with not only the beautiful resort property, but with the professionalism of the staff and their friendly welcoming personalities. We chose the highly recommended Level Experience, and upon arrival we were greeted by Juan Adrincoles, who was to be our personal concierge for our stay. Juan made our stay more than memorable by immersing us into the variety of amenities available to us throughout this expansive resort. He provided valuable time saving advice, made reservations for restaurants and spa visits for our entire group. If we changed off property excursions, or made restaurant or dining time changes, Juan made it convenient to communicate with him by setting up a group chat with us on WhatsApp. While enjoying the beach, pool and pool bar, restaurants, and other bar locations, like our favorite, Quimera, the rooftop bar in The Level building, Juan would seek us out several times a day, always with a smile and we genuinely became great friends by the end of our stay. Besides Juan, we also enjoyed our rides in the resort golf carts by Jean Carlos Giron, or JC as he was known. There wasn’t a day that passed that we didn’t enjoy several rides with JC. There were so many staff we interacted with that made out stay special, especially the activities staff that constantly engaged our crew to participate in the variety of fun activities that the resort provides. During our stay enjoyed the myriad of cuisines available at the numerous dining outlets, and all the bars were stocked with quality liquors and we all got to the sample several excellent Dominican rums in our cocktails and a rum tasting event at the Quimera Rooftop Bar. Early in our stay our group had already decided to come back to Meliá. The beautiful physical structures and the amenities available within the resort make this an excellent vacation option, whether you want to exercise, do yoga, enjoy healthy food options, or lay in the sun, swim up to the pool bar for endless tropical cocktails, snack on nachos and burgers, and dance after dinner into the late night hours!

An Outstanding Experience Had by Our Whole Group
As we the six of us stepped foot onto the property from our airport shuttle until they time we left 8 days later, our whole group was in awe of the property, staff, and events. We were met at the front by our driver, Jean Carlos (JC) Giron, who was happy, polite, informative and I by the end of the trip I can truly call him our friend. He took us to the Level Welcome Center and along the way showed us the lovely property and explained where everything was located. Every day and night we would run into JC and he greeted us with a smile and friendly conversation. He was fantastic. JC introduced us to our Butler/Concierge Juan Adbrincoles who picked up right where JC left off. Juan was aces during our stay. He was welcoming, attentive, very professional and also one of the nicest persons I have met. Juan helped us with everything, from setting up our dinner reservations, to handling our spa appointments, setting us up with excursions for off property adventures and little day to day things that we needed. Juan handled us like we were Family, which turned out to be what we all were with him. FAMILY. The property is truly beautiful with day time activities centered around the main pool area and beach and night time fun between the main pool Roof Top bar the Main Lobby Bar/Entertainment area. Upgrading to the Level experience provided us the opportunity to receive free massages each day which we took advantage of. The staff at the Spa were also very friendly and the masseuse all were very professional. We came out of each session feeling like a million bucks. It was great. The drinks flowed fast and furious all day and night. From the morning bars at the Quimera, and the Calathea beach bar, to afternoon Pain Killers at the Pool Bar and after dinner drinks at the Roof Top and Lobby Bars. We had an incredible experience over our 8 day stay. I would highly recommend the Melia Punta Cana Beach Wellness Resort. It was worth every penny!

Loved everything about this resort experience!
This trip was in celebration of our 33rd. wedding anniversary, we could not have chosen a better resort! Friendly and accommodating staff, great food and beverages, a large variety of daily activities, and so much more. We loved every moment of this experience!

Melia Wellness Amazing Time
This was one of the most amazing times my girlfriend and I have ever had! We highly recommend for anyone! Great staff, many events during the day and food was great. Our concierge, Daniel Michel was the BEST! He was on top of everything and answered any questions we had right away! He was the man!! We went the second week in April and still miss being there!

Excellent Stay
Property far exceeded expectations. Stayed at The Level which has just recently been renovated so everything is brand new and luxurious. Everything from the food to the drinks to the service was top notch. And can’t say enough about our concierge Juan how handle every detail of our trip from reservations to excursions to anything else we wanted to do flawlessly. He’s worth the trip by himself will definitely come again.
