Birthday trip overall was good. I did expect more. We upgraded to the Luxe rooms with the concierge who did not respond in a timely manner or was actually no help at all. We kinda did everything on our own because he didn’t respond also there are no late-night food options, which sucks, especially for the price we paid. The resort itself is beautiful. The staff were friendly. I love the pool, the spa and the activities.

Where do I even begin? As my boyfriend Alex and I settle back into life in Florida, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible experience we had at Meliá. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything felt like a dream. First and foremost, we have to give a huge shoutout to our personal concierge, Maxuelle. He was truly out of this world the kindest, most genuine human we’ve ever met. From check-in to check-out, Maxuelle was there for us every step of the way. He handled our dinner reservations, answered every question with care, and made us feel completely at ease. By the end of our stay, it felt like we weren’t just leaving a resort we were saying goodbye to a new friend. The resort itself was pure magic. As a wellness destination, every corner of Meliá radiated peace and tranquility. It was the kind of place where you could truly exhale and forget about the stress of everyday life. The food? Absolutely delicious we were stuffed and happy after every meal. And the drinks kept flowing, adding to the laid-back, joyful vibe. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and riding around in the golf carts added a playful touch to the whole experience. Alex and I are already planning our next visit and crossing our fingers that we’ll get to see Maxuelle again. If you’re thinking about booking don’t hesitate. Wonderful experience!
We had the pleasure of being looked after by Jose minaya during our vacation, and he truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he was kind, attentive, and always one step ahead—checking in with us every day to see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. He handled all of our dinner and activity reservations with such care and made the entire process seamless, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. Jose went above and beyond in every way, and we are so grateful for the effort and heart he put into making our stay so special. Thank you, Jose, for everything!

Great place to relax
The perfect resort to relax!!! I definitely recommend upgrading to The Level, it gets you access to a lot more pool and beach chairs! Our concierge was Gilberto and he made everything superrrr easy so we could spend all our time just relaxing:) The food was great too! Lots of choices! We did the painting, macrame, and yoga, and loved all of them!
