We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks at this amazing resort, and we won’t hesitate to return. Every single member of the working team were incredible, with a special mention to our concierge Oliver Dominguez who looked after us so well at the Level, as well as many others. It was super quiet with plenty of sunbeds both at the beach and pool available at any time of day, super hot and humid with great bar service from Rosauria and team. We particularly liked with Vietnamese and the Mediterranean restaurants, but the buffet was equally as good. We’d like to recognise Yocira Rodriguez for her incredible service and always smiling. The cart drivers, our amazing housekeeper Antonia Guzman who kept the highest standard of cleanliness, the grounds people, receptionists, everybody worked super hard to ensure we didn’t want for anything. Thank you for our memorable stay. If you’re thinking about this hotel, don’t hesitate.

Great hotel and great Concierge!!!
Me and my girlfriend have just returned from our holiday at Melia Punta Cana Wellness and it was 10/10! Do not be put off by weather forecasts, ours said it was going to be raining and lightning all week and instead it was 32 degrees and we experienced about 5 mins total of rain all week. More on the hotel, it was fantastic! We upgraded our experience to ‘The Level’ which if highly recommend doing! Worth every penny. We were introduced to our concierge Jose Minaya. He was amazing! He responded to all our questions so quickly, and done everything he could to make sure we had a great holiday. So if you decide to book and upgrade to the Level, hopefully you get Jose as you concierge.

Great experience
Had a wonderful time at the Melia Punta Cana. We had a Level suite and recieved fantastic service from everyone, especially our personal concierge Oliver Dominguez. From the time we arrived, throughout our trip down to the day we left he was able to help with any questions, and assist with our stay. Would highly recommend - will be returning for more R&R!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious with a great variety every day. The beach is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well organized. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation unforgettable!”
