Credit card got block, they didn’t contact us. Illegally block our room with all our belongings, hours before the checkout time. We had already prepay breakfast, but they block us for even have that, and had a security people open our room for us, so we can pick our wallet to use other card. This happens to me before, but I was properly contact by a hotel, so I can fix the issue with the bank. This was my baby moon, and they ruin the experience for us. Bad management!!!

We were not guests of this beautiful hotel but my daughter wanted to treat me to High Tea. She booked whilst we were in Waikiki. . Our AUD is poor which makes spending in Hawaii expensive but this High Tea was worth every cent. We had the Moana High Tea. The service was superb - attentive and efficient but we never felt rushed. Selecting your tea was special and the teas we selected were divine. The savoury food selections were so tasty. We enjoyed them as much as the sweet selections and to finish our High Tea with a serve of gelato was delicious. If you can afford High Tea, book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice experience in a great location
We had a very enjoyable experience recently, during which we dined and had drinks at the beach bar. The staff provided exceptional service, and we would like to praise Adriana for her strong communication abilities, and exemplary customer service. The morning yoga session and the Hawaiian lei-making workshop hosted by the hotel were enjoyable and engaging activities.

The Verandah High Tea
Decided to indulge in the High Tea at the Veranda Restaurant to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Although expensive it was totally worth it for the experience. Beautiful view, delicious treats to eat, a selection of Hawaiian flavoured teas to choose from and with friendly, attentive service. The final touch was that we were given a small tin of shortbreads and Hawaiian tea to take home. A lovely memento from a lovely day.

Excellent hotel , close to walk to variety of shops, restaurants
Excellent room services, large hotel. Good housekeeping. Our balcony was closed but friends had nice one. Great Beach bar, neat old history of hotel. We used valet services also good. We also ate at Beach Barr- good food. Good bar service at pool.
