Just wanted to share how nice the employees are at this location. Specifically, I want to give a shout out to Richard at the front desk. We were behind a group of young girls who were trying to negotiate an upgrade. Richard gave them the price and they requested a discount. Richard requested one from his manager and presented it to the young ladies who rejected it and continued to try to haggle to half of the presented price all the while the check in line grew. Richard never lost his cool with the young ladies and assured us he would be with us shortly. Another staff member was able to get us checked in as the young ladies continued to try to negotiate. There were still there as we walked away from the counter to head to our room. Great job, Richard. You handled that situation with grace and professionalism!

Oceanfront Calm with Nobu Style in Miami Beach
The Nobu Hotel Miami Beach combines a modern, elegant design with a relaxed coastal feel that makes it easy to settle in. I stayed in a sea view room and the mornings were incredible with the sunrise over the ocean right outside the window. The room itself was spacious and well thought out, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The location works well too since it’s close enough to South Beach but far enough to enjoy some peace. The staff were consistently warm and helpful which made the whole experience smooth. The pool area was a great place to spend time and having the Nobu restaurant in the hotel felt like a real highlight. Being able to enjoy world-class Japanese food without even leaving the property added something special to the stay. Overall it felt like the perfect mix of comfort, views and dining that made the trip memorable.

Great Experience at the Nobu
Stayed at the Nobu this past week, and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Gaby took care of us before we arrived (even had a surprise for my wife and I as we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary) Every staff member there was very nice and professional! highly highly recommend!

Memorable Birthday Weekend
I celebrated my birthday weekend at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, and it was amazing! From the moment I arrived every person I encountered on the staff was attentive and kind. A special thank you to Sharod, who made my weekend even more special by sending fruit, champagne, and a thoughtful card, I truly felt celebrated. I also want to recognize Joshua for his kindness, attentiveness, and care throughout my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I advise to Skip the Nobu restaurant, not worth it.

Miami - Nobu Hotel
My stay at Nobu Miami was amazing thanks to the incredible staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly and helpful — Richard at the bar, Joshua at the front desk, housekeeping that kept my room clean and me hydrated, and the valet/bellhops, bartenders, and security team. A special shout-out to Max from Argentina. I was very impressed by the professionalism and integrity displayed by him. As I was leaving the hotel, a gentleman in front of me unknowingly dropped cash. Without hesitation, Max quickly retrieved it and ensured it was promptly returned. This type of honesty and attentiveness reflects the highest standards of service. Beyond this moment, Max was consistently helpful to me and several colleagues visiting for the Connect Marketplace. He demonstrated outstanding hospitality, assisting guests with genuine care and professionalism. Nobu Hotel is fortunate to have Max on their team — his actions and service truly enhance the guest experience. Looking forward to my next visit. The team made my Miami trip unforgettable!
