Apr 28, 2025Amazing service coupled to a perfect destination
The perfect weekend. A beautiful room with ocean views courtesy of the help of Jaimie at the front desk who not only was able to get a check-in at 10am to a room upgrade a few hours later. The staff that run the pools and the beach are impeccable. Particularly Jose and Adolfo who made sure we had everything we needed even before we realized we needed them. Just wow! This is our new go-to Miami weekend runaway. Thank you Nobu

Great stay! Great staff
Had a great stay at the hotel, would definitely go back next time in Miami. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful - particularly Jean in the valet jumped to help my family with all of our luggage.

My husband and I stayed at the Nobu in February and had mixed feelings about the Nobu. On a positive note Sheldon the front desk manager was really lovely and provided great service after the front desk got backed up. The concierge Jelena was also wonderful! She helped us book several reservations for dinner and also arranged for an amenity in our room to celebrate a special occasion for my husband and me. Unfortunately the rest of the service at the hotel left a lot to be desired for a 5 star hotel and this price point. When we ordered at the beach several of the items never came out so after several hours I had to approach our waitress and have the billed items removed because we never received them. Additionally we asked the front desk if two post cards could be mailed and we were informed that we would be charged $2. Obviously not a big deal, but at $600+ a night I would assume this type of service would be taken care of. We did enjoy our room, the food, and the adults only pool experience; however, for the price I think you can get better service elsewhere in Miami.

Very good experience, also with children
Overall, this hotel is fantastic with an excellent beachfront location and convenient access to the Nobu restaurant. The hotel staff is very friendly, especially towards children, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. The only downside was the pool staff, who were not very friendly and seemed inattentive regarding towels, food, and drinks. Nevertheless, my overall experience was excellent.

Perfect Staycation at Nobu
Had a great staycation at Nobu Hotel while our house was being tented. Big shoutout to Richard at the front desk—super helpful and professional. Highly recommend for both the service, serene atmosphere and great location. They are also pet friendly which is a must for us!
