Such a great experience! We decided to sit by the beach and had the best experience. Chris L and Kim took such amazing care of us. They were so attentive, very kind and friendly, and just provided amazing. We will definitely be returning and recommending this.

Best lunch ever
While sitting out on the beach at this beautiful hotel, Chris L and Kim were so great and so on top of everything constantly checking to make sure we were doing good and if we needed anything, they made the experience that much better and me and my family are so appreciative of them.

Girls Trip 2025
My friends and I had an unforgettable stay at Nobu Hotel South Beach Miami! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning décor, the relaxing atmosphere, and the exceptional level of service. Licio at reservations took incredible care of our group. The whole staff at Nobu are warm, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. Every request was handled with genuine professionalism and friendliness, which made our stay feel truly special. Traveling with a group can be challenging, but the service here made everything seamless. Our rooms were beautiful, spotless, and perfectly designed for comfort. We loved the pools, the beach access, and of course the amazing dining options. It was the perfect place for friends to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy Miami in style. We can’t recommend Nobu Hotel South Beach highly enough. We’ll definitely be coming back 5 stars all the way!

Charles is the very best - 6 stars
I had a problem at the beach. I was feeling very misunderstood and frustrated by the staff there. It started to rain and they took my umbrella away? However, Charles at the pool area above Ocean Social was very patient and listened and really cared. He made me feel much better and welcomed me there. He took the time and handled the problem right away. If I could give him 6 stars I would but trip advisor only allows 5. Also I never leave reviews, but this one time I felt I must do so as he is a very special person and really deserves a 6 star review. Thank you Charles, you really made me feel much better.
