    Service review

A lot of the employees there were there just to get a paycheck and did not care about the guest but but there were a few people that did their job with a passion one of them was Yvelise Yedone She always had a smile on and made sure I was happy with her service very nice girl and treated me and my wife with a friendly manner.

    Good experience

Everything was good overall: the reception, the organization of the excursions, the variety of food and snacks, and the comfort of the bed in the room. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The only things I didn’t like were the limited number of sun loungers at the beach and the pool compared to the large number of guests, the public restroom in the lobby was not clean, and the bathroom in the room needs renovation

    Worst stay ever!

I traveled here with my husband and my two children under the age of 12. We've been to Punta Cana many times and were expecting a great experience that we have always had. Well that wasnt the case here. We had a shower that wouldnt drain, then the toilet above us started to leak down on us. We tried cslling and our phone didnt work. After walking to front desk numerous times to try and solve all these problems i was told to come back tomorrow at 3pm to maybe change the room. They did change our room, but on top of this my children and I got violently ill, it was from the toilet water or the very low quailty buffet food that the serve. One of the worst food experiences in Punta Cana and Ive b3en to Cuba many times as well and have never see food so bad. We called front deak many times to get water and T.P due to the sickness and it took them 5hours to show up after we went looking for housekeeping on our own. I highly recommend you do not stay here. There is a high chance you will get sick!

    ***Important Information for our guests***
The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter.  The restrictions usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday, and run a few days past Easter Sunday.  The following regulations may be enforced:
    *Motorized watersports may be banned
*Non-motorized water sports may be limited, or banned
*Alcohol consumption may be restricted  (most resorts obtain a special permit which enables them to serve alcohol to nonnative persons during the ban)
*Music may be limited or silenced

These guidelines are currently vague because actual enforcement by the local government does vary greatly from one year to the next.  Each year the actual policies are not published by the local authorities until just prior to Easter.  These rules are designed for the safety of everyone, as beaches get extremely busy during this period.
