Fun experience
We had an amazing experience, the mixology class with Ivonne was so fun. We also did aqua aerobics with her, Brandon and Monica. All activities are well planned.

Wont Stay Again
The food is just ok, nothing to write home about. My room was located right behind the nightly entertainment stage which was very loud until around 11pm to 12am. Then the daily music started around 730am to 8am. I did not get much rest. I paid to have a terrace room but was placed by the pool. The buffet was closed for maintenance for 6 days out of the 10 days I stayed. I should have been told this before booking. The concierge (Allie) was very nice at check in. She tried to have me sign up for a tour of their other property, I told her I would think about it. Everday for the first 5 days she would ask about touring the other property. I finally told her that I was not interested in the tour or the vacation club that they try lure you into. The vacation club is very similar to a Time Share. After declining Allie was not so interested in my needs for the rest of my stay. Very Unprofessional!! Also, The Locals are Allowed To Use The Resort. They will move your belongings at the pool if they want to use your lounger. Very Rude!! I could have a stayed at other resorts with a lot more to offer for the same amount of money I paid to stay here.

WARNING,Be Careful
We just returned from our holiday in Mexico,we stayed in this hotel for a week.First of all it is 4* hotel but i wouldn't give 4 * for this hotel, i stayed in many hotels and some 3 * were better than this one.Staff at the hotel are all nice, very helpful, polite, they have day and night activities for all the range age, can't fault them for activities. Secondly food is most definitely not 4 stars worth hotel.Selection is poor, there was 1 main restorant,1 Mexican ,1 fish restaurant and 1 Italian. For Italian, fish, and Mexican you had to book 24h in advance.First few days all inclusive meals were at the main restaurant but the last 4 days due to some refurbishment this restaurant wasn't in use and they used Italian restaurant for all meals.Place was small, they didn't have enough tables to accommodate all people, some days/nights we were queueing to be sat at the table or asked by staff if we don't mind share table with other people which wasn't great.Selection of meals were really poor, some days/nights there was all spicy/strong in flavours meals which my daughter didn't eat at all so we had go upstairs to their snack bar and grab some chicken nuggets or burgers.Food and the service round meal times it was really disappointing and big let down 👎 Thirdly, Another big WARNING who stays in this hotel, read carefully and be aware. Hotel staff at lobby scamming you with possibility go to another their chain hotel for breakfast, then they will take you shopping and to the beautiful beach side and it's all for free, transportation etc all included in all inclusive.Sounds amazing but BE AWARE!!! It's not actually what they tell you will have. All it is they take you to another their very luxury hotel, takes you for "breakfast" with one of hotels staff who sits with you at breakfast table and before you have anything to eat or drink staff will shower you with lots of questions about how many holidays do you have a year, how much you spent on each etc. Then they took you to office and try to sell their luxury holiday packages. Which is basically a time share. We explained them that we are not interested in purchasing or investing our money into they holiday share but they wouldn't give up,one hotel representative replace another tried to convince us but we stuck with no and they were fuming even if we did warn them at the beginning don't waist your time as we not interested,we came here for our promised breakfast..etc.. As we said no to investing money in holiday prepayment plan, they didn't take us shopping and beach.Shopping would of be very expensive brands shopping mall like prada, gucci etc.I didn't come to Mexico shop for prada and gucci,we have plenty of these shops back in uk and I'm not this sort of person who wears expensive brands. This experience spoilt my day and upset me very much,I really would like no one else would be tricked like we were. Fourthly the picture of the beach front hotel is not this hotel but the one where they tried to get us to buy their time share, doesn't look like on the picture, looks nice but not as nice as on the picture. The coastal area blocked off for guests to swim in is clear water, with sea grass only few meters deep, but to get to the water you must first traverse a wide row of jagged small stones and pebbles and as there a lot of boats, jet skis and all sorts using that coast.Pool is decent size and it's nice but there's only one pool there. Would I come back to this hotel? Absolutely not and wouldn't recommend it to others!

Find a better resort
The poor service at the reception is just the start of it. We were charged the wrong amount and the receptionist was not ready to listen to me and was not also asking for help but she clearly needed it.
