    Great costumer service especially the breakfast servers vanilly and Carlos abarca best servers out here really nice and friendly and helpful. And Anderi Castillo is the best to check in ane really helpful too.

    First time visiting!!!!

    first thing we got there and we were rushed to eat at the buffet bar. Food was cold and well I ate more fruit then anything else. We went to set up reservations for dinner and were only booked for 1 night because that was all that was available. Mind you we arrived on a thursday. Every day we would look into the restaurants and were hardly anyone in them. So IDK why we couldn't be accommodated. The snack corner had better soft drinks and snacks then the buffet. We gave up on Buffett and went and found other places to eat. Which was not fair because we paid for all in-clusive and well no. The second day we go in our rooms to shower for our dinner, and we had no running water whatsoever. Unexceptable!!!

    BARCI CLUB

    We spent 6 days at this location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughter absolutely loved the kids club, she wanted to go almost every day ,they had different activities and did a lots of crafts Melissa and Monica are great
