Sep 22, 2025Third time not a charm
Our third time at this resort was not the best. Lost power for 2 nights…no AC. And for the second year in a row the ice machines on our floor and floor below not working.

There was a lot of rain, the roof was leaking in some places, part of the ceiling collapsed in the restaurant. In some restaurants you have to go across the street in the rain. The lights were turned off and there was no water in the toilet. It's good that everything was fixed quickly. Comfortable room for royal level, friendly staff, quality food, comfortable swimming pool, jacuzzi and a good bar.

10 day trip in Sept 2025
Excellent facility for older travelers looking for a relaxing stay. Main pool is very busy with local folks and children but make sure to book at the Royal level to enjoy all the amenities that the hotel offers and to use the Royal level pool which is not as busy as the main pool. Don't forget to actually use the Royal Level restaurant, it has an excellent menu and outstanding service.

Best Service!!
Really had the best Experience with my mom on a girls trip. Very Safe and the staff is very accommodating, went above and beyond to make your experience the best. The food was great and shows vary so you always have different shows every night . Will say they need a bit more shading and a bigger pool as it got crowded . Shoutout to Armando the Bell boy , he was friendly and helped us get around . ( puro chuco)

Royal level is the way to go
Definitely opt for royal level. Start your day in the royal level lounge with the best wait staff you will ever encounter, along with wonderful food. Marisol, Dana, Jesus and Joel will make sure you are well fed and feel like royalty. Royal level pool is much quieter than the main pool and Ezekiel will take great care of you. He will make sure you alwyas have a drink in your hand and an anticipation for more to comel Balcony rooms are worth the cost. They even have screen doors so you can sleep with door open and be lulled by the ocean waves.
