Absolutely loved our stay, but the highlight was definitely the D’Oriental restaurant on-site. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every dish was a hit. Special shoutout to Kevin, who truly made our dining experience unforgettable. Super friendly, attentive, and professional — he’s a real gem. Would come back just for the food and service. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is beautiful but however the service is horrible! The staff looks misreable to be there and seem annoyed when you ask for basic needs" like water''. They overbook guest and don't have enough tables during meal time. One of the waiter was extremely rude to the point of raising his voice at us . When I got back to my country I got very sick with a digestive tract infection due to eating contaminated food or drinking contaminated water. while I was at the buffet I noticed a bunch of plates and cups were dirty which is disgusting. BE catious when staying here!

My birthday caribean experience
Room service- perfect Towels - sometimes I couldn’t find towels to use on the pool Food service - people working very kindly, all nice people Specially for Sofia Yeon, Cristina Medina, and the person that prepare tacos both very very kind. Overall- a place that brought good experience and good memories

Everything was good except the smelly room without air flow and a huge cockroach that we had to kill in the middle of the night. One other issue was there were too many outside vendors bothering at the beach. Despite our attempts of not to bother with them, they frequently interrupted our rest or even conversation to sell merchandise.

great service at the restaurants esp. at the restaurant at the beach. the beach and the resort are beautiful as well. very happy! :)
